Helaas een slechte ervaring :(

Helaas een slechte ervaring. We kwamen voor een overnachting omdat we de volgende dag in Hoofddorp moesten werken. De foto’s waren veelbelovend en de beoordelingen ook. We hadden ingecheckt en kwamen op onze kamer waar de airconditioning niet werkte, de grond was nat en het was 30 graden, geen raam kon open. Toen we naar de receptie gingen stonden er meerdere gasten die problemen met hun kamer hadden en al uren op hulp/oplossingen aan het wachten waren en er geen actie werd ondernomen. We vroegen of er een andere kamer beschikbaar was, dit was niet het geval het was volgeboekt. Omdat een goede nachtrust voor ons noodzakelijk was en het inmiddels 21.00 uur was zijn we naar een ander hotel gegaan. Er zou contact met ons opgenomen worden omdat degene achter de balie geen refund kon geven. Er is nooit geen contact met ons opgenomen, jammer!

We zaten dicht bij de receptie en hoorden de deur die tussen de ging van de kamers en hal/receptie regelmatig dicht slaan.

Cons:

The hotel name is very misleading. I had quickly booked the hotel because I had an overnight layover and it was supposedly close to the airport. To my disappointment upon arrival I discovered that there was no direct transport to the airport and it's a 15-20 minute taxi ride that costs upwards of 20 euros.

Overall a wonderful and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed.

Cons:

There were no slippers provided in the room. Also, one of the towels, although washed and clean, had some faint stains left on it.

Perfect!
Pros:

Mooie locatie en recent gerenoveerd. Heel mooi ingericht, van de binnenkomst tot de kamers. En het ontbijt is ook lekker en ziet er verzorgd uit.

Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros:

De ligging was goed en de verdere overall indruk was ok

Cons:

Ondanks dat het wel stond aangegeven was er geen airco op de kamer. De centrale systemen waren blijkbaar al langer defect er ter vervanging was er iets opgehangen dat kon verwarmen en als een soort waaier fungerende. Een klacht bij de nachtportier hielp niet, deze sprak enkel gebrekkig Engels. Een nacht in een kamer van 28 graden gelegen.....

Excellent staff, cozy lobby and corridors.

Cons:

Unacceptably cheap amenities for 4 stars. The owners of the hotel reduce the cost of amenities in the rooms at the expense of the comfort of the guests.
The seals on the windows are dry, so the smell of smoke is coming from the street.
We had to sleep with earplugs because the air conditioner is very noisy.
