I stayed at the other Sicily hotel and I enjoyed it. This hotel is not a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

I booked this hotel as I had previously stayed at the other Sicily Hotel in Beijing. This hotel was not clean, it was old and the rooms very small. Although the rate was cheap it did not represent value.
