Prachtige hotel, schoon en comfortabel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, schone kamers, geweldige uitstraling

Cons:

Personeel spreekt slecht of geen engels. We mochten niet zwemmen zonder een badmuts aan te schaffen

Pros:

Очень аутентично. Территория огромная и ухоженная. Номер очень комфортный. Расположение: рядом с метро. Завтраки хорошие.

Cons:

За день до отъезда заказал трансфер в аэропорт. В день отъезда выяснилось, что сотрудник забыл передать заказ. Школа не было. Персонал поизвинялся, но больше ничего не сделал. Пришлось вызывать такси за свой счёт. Очень странное поведение для такого отеля.

Pros:

Мне понравился персонал и еда на шведском столе,к нам был очень жобор персонал и было комфортно.

Cons:

Мало зарядок на номер четырёх человек,интернет в Китае работают почти только их местные приложения.

Beautiful hotel, great value
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel and grounds! So glad we stayed here, even though it was only for one night. They upgraded us too and we had a huge room with another lounge attached, even a massage chair in our room! Really great value honestly. The staff were so helpful too, especially with my lack of preparation for all the blocked apps etc. The lady went out of her way to order takeaway from her own phone for us (as the restaurants were all closed) and I transferred her the money. The buffet breakfast was so good too! So many options.

Cons:

Not much really! The bed was a bit hard for me, but everyone has their own preference and I still slept well. Would recommend for sure.

A truly stunning hotel, lots of facilities and friendly staff!!!
Pros:

The design of the hotel was based on Chinese architecture, which we really liked. The facilities were abundant, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Prachtige locatie
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamers. Ontbijt veel en gevarieerd. Behulpzame en uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De locatie ligt redelijk ver van het centrum. Was voor ons was dit geen probleem. Maar dat zou een nadeel kunnen zijn.

Última noche en China de 10!!
Pros:

Todo. Es un sitio precioso, te tratan genial, ofrecen muchísimos servicios…..spa, sesión de fotos, transfer al aeropuerto gratis….desayuno también nos encantó! Si vas a Shanghai, no te pierdas una noche aquí!

Excellent architecture and gardens. If u wanna enjoy peace and tranquility for a big city of Shanghai , its the place

The spa , swimming pool and not enough food catering or restaurants. The pool n spa is terrible and it didnt suit the posture of this beautiful hotel
