Pros:

Hôtel très beau d’extérieur, navette aéroport pratique.

Cons:

Beaucoup plus cher que ce qui était affiché sur booking, réservation faites à 112€ pour une nuit sur booking mais sur place ils nous demande de payer 170€ et le lendemain ils ont essayé de nous faire payer 75€ pour des « room charge » …

Great stay in Shanghai if you want to live a Chinese experience
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful outside, they have a garden that is really pretty. The beds are very comfortable. The photo shoot was so funny and they take really great pictures. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was really good they have a lot of dishes. They pick you up or drop you off to the airport.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant after breakfast hours. They take too long to serve you

Amazing, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. Our Concierge Brian was exceptional. He ensured if we needed anything we had it right away, booked our photo shoot appointment at the hotel which came out beautiful and if we needed a car to anywhere, he ensured that also. The breakfast buffet was very good always enough seating and a great variety in food. Wish I would have spent more time enjoying the Hotel. So convenient to get to Disney and Shanghai Wildlife Park which both were amazing.

Cons:

I can't find any thoughts in my brain to say what I didn't like.

Отличная локация и прекрасный дизайн отеля.
Pros:

Превосходный дизайн отеля. Очень аутентично и красиво везде. Прост прогулки по территории это уже как отдельная достопримечательность. В отели также можно заехать фотосессию, но у нас не было времени. Локация отличная для наших целей - мы ездили в Диснейленд и аутлет. Также недалеко метро и за 5 юаней может доехать до центра. Вкусная еда в лобби, есть детский зал с автоматами, бассейн и куча других развлечений на территории отеля. Парень на зоне консьержа отлично говорил на Английском, очень помог. А также на регистрации помог вернуть нам оставленную сумку в такси. Номера с выходом на сад, кровати уютные, все чисто.

Cons:

На завтраках отсутствует бутилированная не газированная вода.

De kamer, de omgeving op het complex

Cons:

Medewerkers moeten toch beter engels kunnen, er komen internationale gasten en dan buiten het chinees om toch beter ook de engelse taal kundig te zijn.
Ontbijt vroeger starten vanaf 6 uur ivm bus naar disney.
En te weinig pendel tijden.
