寝るだけとはいえベッド回りにスペースがないのは休息どころかストレスを増長させる空間、ホテルでした。

Pros:

Unless you pay extra for a larger room, space is very tight. There is very little room for two people to move around comfortably.

The bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever used, although the hot water and water pressure are both very good.

The staff are very friendly, always greeting guests and wishing them a nice day — it’s the little things that make a difference. The common room and shared fridge are also a nice touch.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the main train station and busy streets, so it stays pleasantly quiet despite the convenient location.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good Location
Pros:

Excellent service from staff. Easy to communicate with. Very friendly. Laundry on site was very convenient! Location was great, close to bus stops and train station, and only a 12 minute walk to shopping area. 7-11 also near hotel.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. We’ve stayed at other hotels like this before but this one was really cramped. One of two clothes dryer machine was broken. Also someone on our floor smoked in their room so it went through the vents (I think through the bathroom) so it made me sick and couldn’t sleep.

Cons:

La camera è davvero molto piccola anche per gli standard giapponesi.
Purtroppo il nostro bagno aveva un odore sgradevole e l’aria condizionata puntava direttamente sul letto rendendo non piacevole il sonno (avendo in dotazione solo il piumone, è impossibile dormire senza accenderla. Anche con l’AC faceva molto caldo)

Más que una habitación de hotel era un pequeño apartamento.

Cons:

Que no tuviese refrigerador en la habitación sino uno común a todas las habitaciones.

Very convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very well located, a short walk away from the Sensoji Temple and lots of shops/restaurants on the high street. Amenities were also good, cleaned to a good standard.

Cons:

The room was quite small but this was expected. It’s big enough as somewhere to sleep and store your bags but good if you are out most of the day like we were. There’s also a common area near the reception where you can eat and relax instead if you wish.

Perfect for thw family.
Pros:

Family room size was great. Good location. Huge shower.

Cons:

Check in said 12am on booking.com but the accommodation said it was 3pm when we arrived, however they did go out of their was to get our room ready for us and we got into it at 12.

Amazing location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The neighbourhood it’s nice and calm, and you have different options for public transport. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Rooms were well equipped given the size and were quite clean.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit too small but I guess that’s just Tokyo’s average hotels 😅
