Pros:

Grote kamer, twee grote bedden en een slaapbank. Hele fijn douche, goed Japans toilet. Fijn om een magnetron, waterkoker en koelkast te hebben. Fijne handdoeken en paraplu's beschikbaar. Hele fijne bedden. Handdoeken konden worden omgeruild op verzoek. De kamer werd ook gedaan op verzoek.

Cons:

Het metrostation lag iets verder weg dan bedacht. .

De kussens zijn niet heel fijn.

Bad mocht/kon niet worden gebruikt ivm droogte en dat was best gek gezien er veel regen viel.

Pros:

Really fantastic location. The rooms were small as is standard for Japan, but still very good value for money. Everything is close by! The staff were very helpful and kind at all time. We had a great time as a family of 6 staying!

Good Value - but Misleading Listing and Misleading Services
Pros:

The location was good and it does have a good price. I think some people would also like the hostel style setting of this hotel, as it has a communal area downstairs. There are 2 general use washers downstairs that run for 200 yen a load. There is a 24 hour service desk which is useful, though I did not see anyone there before 7 AM most days.

Cons:

-Foremost, I booked this room expecting it to have a washing machine, which the listing explicitly said it did. There was NO washing machine in our room. That is the number 1 reason why I booked it, so this was really upsetting.
-Despite being told the service desk could assist with forwarding our luggage to the airport, when we tried the attendant told us they could not do that. They directed us to walk 20 minutes to a convenience store instead.

The biggest issue here is both of these things are the leading reason I booked here, I would not have done so if these amenities were not available. It’s not easy to swap hotels when your luggage gets sent here so we had to tough it out, but this was a massive inconvenience for us.

In the evening hours for some reason the downstairs smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevator is also malfunctioning, the doors close without warning sometimes mere seconds after opening.

Personnel super agréable (parlant anglais)
La proximité des commerces et du métro
Quartier calme juste à 2 pas du temple d'Asakusa
Pièce commune avec frigo, micro onde,... Et serviettes, brosse à dents,.. en libre service.

Possibilité de faire le sagawa service (pour envoyer sa valise dans un autre hôtel)

Manque un meuble pour ranger quelques vêtements

Pros:

Spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, comfy beds. We had a private bathroom and shared kitchen outside the room. Also the laundry room was outside the room too which was really handy.

Es una habitación muy justa para 5 personas, el baño es muy pequeño y casi no cabes. Se nota que la habitación es un añadido del hotel en la última planta y nos encontramos una cucaracha
