Nagyon jó helyen van, kényelmes, légkondis szoba. Alapvetően tiszta volt és minden nap volt takarítás. Ellen, a tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt mindenben, tudtunk tőle bérelni biciklit és búvárfelszerelést is. Nagyon sok féle reggeli opció közül tudtunk választani.
A nap nagy részében nem volt a fürdőszobában rendes víznyomás, így nem igazán tudtunk akármikor zuhanyozni, leginkább csak este. Ez okozott némi kellemetlenséget, de ez nem a szálláshely hibája, elvileg az egész szigeten probléma van a víznyomással.
Quite place
With the kids, the location is not good, the hotel try to make you comfortable, location is not good for large group like us travelling with kids and room size really small...only good for couples...property is not that aesthic , honestly we just moved to another hotel nearby beach , we checked out on the day one.
Ellen was very kind.
Unfortunately, our experience at The Haven was not very good. The accommodation can only be reached on foot or by horse cart. If you don’t want to pay for a small horse to pull several people and their luggage in the heat, walking is basically the only option. We walked for around 25 minutes from the harbour, and because the road is very dusty, we arrived sweaty and covered in dust.
Ellen was very kind. The room also looked clean when we arrived. However, after a while we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, then another one on the terrace, and later in the evening we found another cockroach next to our bed. This made us feel very uncomfortable.
We also received complimentary water in a glass bottle. Ellen told us it was safe to drink, although it tasted a little salty. We decided not to drink it. In the end, we didn’t feel comfortable at the accommodation or on the island, especially because of the cockroaches, so we decided to leave earlier than planned (the day after arrival).
Ellen herself was nice, but unfortunately, if we return to Indonesia, this is not a place we would choose to stay at again.
Csendes, nyugodt környék, mégis minden elérhető közelségben van. A szállás gyönyörű, és nagyon tiszta. Melegvíz mindig volt, minden nap takarítottak, több törölközőt is biztosítottak, a reggeli minden nap kiváló és bőséges volt. A szálláson bérelhető elektromos robogó és bicikli is. Nagyszerű hely!
吉利T岛的The Haven酒店体验太棒了！整体环境舒服又安逸，房间宽敞干净，卫生间空间很大，淋浴的水压充足，洗澡很舒服。房间自带一个小露台，可以悠闲坐着吹风。早餐味道特别好吃。酒店里有几只店主养的猫咪，性格温顺很亲人。泳池颜值很高，尤其晚上氛围感拉满，池水干净透亮。在这里住了两天，全程放松舒适，非常推荐！

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comodidad, la piscina, lo bien que te tratan, el desayuno también estaba muy bueno.
A veces un poco de ruido que molestaba para descansar, la ubicación no es perfecta y aunque esto no dependa del alojamiento, la calle donde está ubicada está muy mal iluminada y sin adoquinar, pese a eso es un sitio al que volveria.

Todo, es un hotel perfecto si quieres un poco de tranquilidad ya que la isla de Trawangan es muy concurrida.
Además el personal es super amable y dispuesto a ayudarte con lo que sea.
Hay muchos mosquitos pero la verdad es que estan preparados. En la habitación dejan incienso de citronela, spray antimosquitos y loción para que no te piquen. Además también cuentan con los aparatos eléctricos.
We had an amazing stay and can honestly say this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Indonesia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed.
They also offer a motorbike rental service at a very good price, which was incredibly convenient and made exploring the island so much easier.
A special mention to Ellen, our host, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality really made our stay even more special.
We would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Indonesia. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
It is a nice secluded villa, beautiful and we enjoyed the private pool. Perfect honeymoon spot for those who value privacy.

Relaxing property, with super nice and friendly stuff. The location is also perfect as it is in a quite area but close to the waterfront and restaurants areas, in the middle of the island, so that you are quite close to any point. The breakfast was also good, and the bed is big and comfortable. The room and bathroom were super clean and the pool so relaxing. We would repeat!

The most wonderful stay at the Haven - the room was perfect and had everything we needed and loved the private pool. Ellen was so amazing and helpful throughout our stay - thank you!! The property had bicycles for free and could hire electric bike if needed. It’s a little bit off the main track around the edge of the island but it’s easy to find and off ‘main’ style roads so felt safe at night time. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!
