A fost superb
Pros:

Personalul foarte drăguț, mâncarea bună, piscinele curate, e aproape de plajă treci doar strada, , bar pe plajă, curățenie ,piscina de la etajul 5 .

Cons:

Pe barul de pe plajă nu serveau bere, si nici înghețată și la etajul 5 nu era apă caldă!

Wonderful stay with wonderful views
Pros:

We loved the view, it was right by the beach, the workers were very friendly and nice. The inclusive was lovely, got to try different foods even though it wasn’t the best food we had on the trip, it was okay.

Cons:

There’s no full sized mirror & there is no room service, the phone doesn’t ring to the reception. It is a little further out but there are great options out there.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen All-Inclusive-Urlaub im Regina Palm Resort . Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und es gab jederzeit eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war gepflegt und einladend, sodass wir uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt haben.

Wir können das Regina Palm Resort jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub mit einem tollen All-Inclusive-Angebot verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Regina Palm Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.

The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. The pools, private beach, and overall facilities were beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

Ishte një eksperiencë e paharrueshme.

Që nga momenti i check-in deri në largimin tonë, çdo gjë ishte perfekte. Stafi ishte jashtëzakonisht miqësor, i sjellshëm dhe mikpritës, duke u kujdesur që të ndiheshim gjithmonë rehat.

Ushqimi ishte një mrekulli më vete, me një larmi të madhe zgjedhjesh dhe shije të shkëlqyera.

Një falënderim i veçantë për të gjithë stafin, sidomos për tre menaxherët, të cilët ishin shumë të sjellshëm, profesionalë dhe gjithmonë të gatshëm për të ndihmuar.
