Pros:

Beautiful pool area and really lovely reception staff, Wendy was so helpful

Cons:

Broken toilet seat in room & no toilet seat in restaurant toilet (it’s on the floor!)

Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y muy bien decorada, actual y elegante. Confortable. Contaba con una terraza grande, con vistas al mar y jacuzzi incluído que el personal ofreció poner en marcha. Baño grande, bien decorado. El desayuno era completísimo, abundante y muy variado.

Cons:

En la ducha, resultaba inestable el cambio de la ducha de mano a la ducha superior y el agua caía inesperadamente sobre la cabeza.

Cons:

Stayed in a suite at Regina Palm Resort and everything was really nice. The room was big, clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Staff was friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back again.

Больше обогревателей воды !
Cons:

Взяли номер люкс с джакузи на балконе, а вода в нем очень холодная ! Нет смысла переплачивать за люкс ! Все равно джакузи не возможно пользоваться! И в душе вода очень холодная ! Нужно ждать 15-20 минут чтобы было комфортно помыться !
