Very friendly staff. The house is clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking.
Water pressure for shower was low. Some fixtures were broken.

Todo, unas instalaciones fantásticas, limpias, en frente a la playa. Desayuno muy rico cocinado por Pitri y su compañera. Piscina muy bien cuidada y grande.
Y lo mejor, el conductor con el que nos pusieron en contacto, Joni, que nos acompañó los 4 días que estuvimos para recorrer la isla, a nuestra disposición en todo momento para lo que necesitasemos y sin problema para alargar o cambiar el itinerario según nuestras preferencias, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, muy amable y atento.

Beautiful house and pool overlooking the beach, with direct access to quiet and clean beachfront (albeit not appropriate for swimming). The service staff on the property during the day time hours (including security) were also very friendly and helpful.
The property description is very misleading and did not meet our expectations at all for the price paid. The main common areas (downstairs living room in particular) is not air conditioned - and as much as the upstairs living area being open is aesthetically pleasing and receives the ocean breeze, the downstairs which has the tv and bar area were not usable during our stay. The bathrooms were also not described as being open nor were they clean to the expectations for a AUD$400 per night property (taps and fittings all hard water stained and calcified, taps spraying erratically). We also had issues with various lights on the property not working and even after a request to fix these, this was only partially done. The wifi was also only available in the pool area and the master bedroom areas downstairs - with the signal weak and not able to load anything upstairs.
TODO NOS GUSTÓ, la ubicacion, el personal, la disponibilidad, la decoracion, el servicio, la comunicacion… Muy amables, siempre pendientes de nuestra comodidad, con consejos. La casa PRECIOSA, con desayuno incluido muy bueno. 10/10. No queriamos irnos!!! MUY RECOMENDABLES. ESPECTACULAR.

La villa est juste magnifique, immense et décorée avec soin, une immense piscine de plus de 15 ms en bord de mer, les extérieurs sont top, vraiment un endroit paradisiaque, bon petit déjeuner, possibilité de se faire livrer des bons plats à la villa via un bon restaurant, au top je recommande
de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps
Me da pena que algunas personas, al estar en este lugar, no se fijen en lo bonito que es o hagan comentarios poco acertados. Darle un 5 no le hace justicia. Es una villa preciosa, moderna, con un cuidado espectacular en cada detalle: una barra de leña, una mesa de hierro impresionante, unas lámparas preciosas…
La playa es salvaje, limpia, y te sientes completamente en contacto con la naturaleza. ¡Las puestas de sol son increíbles!
Me da mucha pena tener que dejar este sitio. El servicio es impecable. El dueño está siempre atento y responde en cualquier momento, algo que valoro muchísimo.

The location is near to Senggigi beach . The direct access to the beach was wonderful . The ladies who stayed with us 8 hours a day was very helpful and attending and they prepared us very delicious breakfast and juices every day !

Everthing was great except there was a construction work near villa so it was a bit noisy at morning
The whole villa was excellent and the location was brilliant. It is located with direct access to a wonderful empty beach. Even with 8 people there was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was excellent as well. Lots of restaurants a short taxi ride away. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Great spacious villa about 10mins out of Senggigi.
Staff were lovely.
We had a very warm welcome and everything was explained to us and we even got tips what to do in Lombok (and restaurants nearby). The villa is even more beautiful in real life, you can walk straight from the terrace to the beach. Beautiful sunsets, I spend hours on the beach to watch this. Everything was nice and clean and you can ask the staff anything.
While we stayed here we also celebrated my sister's birthday, Sandro helped us set this up and we surprised her with a beautiful table setting and dinner by sunset. I definitely recommend having dinner in the villa one evening, the ladies will make a delicious traditional meal for you.

The house is absolutely stunning and is right on the beach. It has a beautiful pool and fantastic outdoor seating area. 8 people could comfortably stay here in 4 double rooms. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Perfect for a relaxing stay away from the busy beaches.

Such an incredible location
Having the whole villa to ourselves with the big pool that is good enough for 8 of us. Pool is also well-maintained. There is a staff who will clean the pool daily. Having the beach in front is pleasant as the wind makes it cooling. We get to see sunset daily. View is wonderful from villa. Villa area is serene. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staffs are friendly and will attend to our needs. I think what makes our stay very pleasant was the staffs whom we were able to communicate with easily and they tried their best to accommodate to our requests or needs.
Beach isn't swimmable and some parts of the beach is rather littered. Top part of toilet is partly exposed, hence, insects & lizards could get in easily. There was a certain smell that will come out from the drainage in toilet and water pressure gets weak when top and bottom toilets were both used at same time. The massage room wasn't maintained very well but can still be used. Breakfast provided was simple. We Grab food at times. Communication with manager could have been better, she was responsive but not so informative or welcoming. If there is a pool table on the second floor, that would utilise the space.
