Room is cleaned daily (if you don't want that you have the option to do so), bed is made (even in you already made it) and bonus, your pajama is nicely folded :D
the breakfast is amazing, great variaty, you will have trouble choosing so is best to stay for several days so that you can try several. I did not find something missing, from eggs to cheese, vegetables, salads, pastries and fruits, juices and yoghurt.
All the staff is very attentive and you can always find someone at the reception and at the bar if you need something.
In the tub you have the option to set the temprature of the water so that is very nice if you like a hot shower even in the summer.

Would recommend for a good value stay, walkable to Sibiu.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, well situation. Good bathrooms and comfortable beds, plenty of space for all our things. The hotel’s communication beforehand and they accommodated our wishes. Helpful reception staff, and no trouble getting a parking space. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Not enough lifts. We actually had to queue once for around 10 mins. The lifts also don’t seem to work to any up/down rule and stop if anyone has pressed any button.
Housekeeping missed our rooms completely on our second day.
The walls are thin and you can hear between rooms.
Duvets are too small for beds.
