Sunny Point Hostel

The room was very old and poorly maintained. The air-conditioner filter was dirty and hidden, and I was even expected to clean it myself. The cabinet was broken, and the bed was dirty, which caused me to have an allergic reaction while sleeping. There were also cockroaches in the room. Outside, there were people smoking, which made the environment even more uncomfortable. Although the price is cheap, I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable and clean place.

1. The aircon in my room barely worked.
2. There was only 1 socket in my room, and it was for the fan. Since it was hot and the aircon didn't work, I couldn't charge my phone. No other socket in the house worked.
3. The cleanliness in the room was alright, but the kitchen area was dirty. I didn't feel comfortable using the amenities or even drinking from the water filter. There wasn't a lot of people staying when I was there, and the amount of potentially expired food in the fridge is concerning.
4. I would advise fellow girlies to avoid this stay especially if travelling alone. I know it was stated upfront that its an express check in, but the place gives really creepy vibes and I did not spot a single security camera. I kept thinking how easy it would be for something bad to happen and the owner would not even be aware until too late.
5. You are told to clean after yourself. I know that is basic etiquette, I wonder if that was all the cleaning that gets done here. With the dirty kitchen and bedsheets being not quite fresh to the touch, I don't think there are staff cleaners that come in regularly.

TLDR; this is an airbnb, not a hotel. If you just want to a stay closer to USM, USM Designer Dwell is better.

* 安全隐患： 建筑和停车场完全没有大门，任何人都可以随意进出。大门口聚集成群的外劳在抽烟，眼神令人不安，住在这里完全没有安全感。
* 货不对办： 照片全是看不出不是屋子。
* 地点远与所有景点和城市
总结： 这里的环境不好。为了你的生命安全和健康，请绕道！
Absolute Poor! It is a poorly managed, filthy, and low-end Hostel.
* Safety Concerns: There is NO main gate for the building or the parking area. Anyone can walk in and out freely. The entrance is constantly crowded with foreign workers smoking and loitering, making it feel extremely unsafe and intimidating.
* Misleading Listings: The photos don't show any houses at all.
* Location far from all attractions and cities
Conclusion: For your own safety and health, please STAY AWAY!

😭我看到环境恶劣马上离开，没入住。我不小心点到最便宜的取消没退款。屋主不善良，不肯私底下给回我钱。屋主在软件取消我的订单，我只能拿回软件抽税，屋主的租金自己拿。
😭I left immediately upon seeing the poor condition and didn't check in. I accidentally clicked the cheapest cancellation option and didn't get a refund. The landlord was unkind and refused to give me my money back privately. The landlord canceled my booking through the app, so I can only get the app's tax back; the landlord has to keep the rent.

Kein Personal vorhanden, alles laeuft digital... und wenn man aus dem Ausland kommt und keine Internetverbindung hat ist man aufgeschmissen... Zahlencode fuer Eingangstuer, Wlan-Passwort, Zimmernummer wird alles per WhatsApp mitgeteilt... kein Internet bedeutet kein reinkommen
