Easy access
Pros:

The location is very good, only 10 mins. walking distance from Europa-Park entrance. You can enjoy the Elz river side. We had dinner at the hotel, it was so delicious and portions were huge. Room was big enough for three.

Cons:

They should change mattresses of the beds.

Als het druk is in het restaurant kan je in een 2de meer afgezonderde deel zitten en 'vergeten' ze om vaak langs te komen.

Geht so. aber eher nicht für Kleinkinder.
Pros:

Die nähe zum Europapark. Für die kurze Zeit war es ok. Personal war sehr Nett und Aufmerksam. Anreise mit dem Auto war einfach uns gibt genügend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Restaurant zu teuer. Pommes versalzen. Gordon Bleu verkohlt. Beim Frühstück fehlten einmal Teller ,dann wieder Messer.
Besteck für kleine Kinder.
Frühstück gut aber oft nicht reichlich.
Hotel sanierungsbedürftig.
Die Lüftung der Küche hörten alle Gäste im 2.Stock brummen.

Einfache Zimmer an guter Lage. Für eine Nacht Tip Top

Die Lage ist gut. Nahe vom Europapark. Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Schoon netjes , ontbijt was goed .
Vriendelijk personeel.
Echt nog geen 300 meter van het park af.

Toll, sehr gerne wider :-)
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Nahe am Park und direkt am Fluss.
Das Frühstück lässt aus unserer Sicht auch keine Wünsche offen.

Hotel familial sympathique et très propre
Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter Europapark, 5' à pied
Parking gratuit à disposition devant l'hotel
Petit-déjeuner standard, de tout malheureusement pas de pain frais, produits précuits
Restaurant délicieux, jolie terrasse le long de la rivière

Cons:

Ce n'est pas notre première visite dans cet hotel mais là, nous avons été déçu par la literie de notre chambre triple : les matelas sont complètement mou et en cuvette, surtout plus bas que le cadre, très inconfortable
Les oreillers sont plus qu'usés et forment des "bouloches" à changer

Le parking gratuit de l’hôtel n’est pas bien indiqué ainsi que les conditions de gratuité (il faut une pancarte que l’on mets dans sa voiture, qui est donné par la réception, sinon amende).
La douche qui est très glissante
