Pros:

Perfectamente ubicado junto al parque, un gran trato. No funcionaba la máquina expendedora y nos regalaron dos botellas de agua. Una con gas y otra normal. Y al. Precio que va el agua en Alemania, es de agradecer

A 5 minutos de agradable paseo hasta Europa Park. Parking gratuito justo delante del hotel.

El colchón, pero es un poco manía mía porque no me gustan los de visco.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war super. Ich hatte noch nie so tolle frische Früchte, die noch mit so viel Liebe von Hand zerkleinert wurden.
Auch die glutenfreien Brötchen waren mega lecker!
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte prima und war super leise!
Das Personal, egal wer und wann, waren sehr freunlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Nichts, da alles super war!

La proximité d'Europapark, les lits confortables, les repas super bons.

Cons:

Refusé de nous donner une table à l'ombre lors d'un souper. Manque d'un mini frigo dans la chambre.

Prima verblijf, vlakbij Europapark. Zeker aan te raden
Pros:

Prima kamer! Met ruime bedden. Fijn dat er gratis parkeergelegenheid is en dat het hotel op loopafstand van Europapark is (je bent dichterbij de ingang als dat je op de parkeerplaats van Europapark parkeert. Op dag van vertrek kan je niet meer parkeren maar heb je met je bewijs van betalen van toeristenbelasting gratis code voor parkeren bij Europapark.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat er geen gordijnen waren, en een koelkastje was ook fijn geweest zodat we drinken gekoeld mee het park in hadden kunnen nemen

Nous reviendrons !
Pros:

La proximité du parc, à 5min à peine d'Europapark. De plus, l'endroit où est situé l'hôtel est très calme, au bord d'une rivière paisible.
Nous avons apprécié l'arrivée tardive, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel et la variété du buffet de petit-déjeuner!
Plusieurs oreillers à disposition mais peut-être pas assez confortables si problèmes de cervicales.
Nous avons également apprécié la vue sur le Silverstar de notre chambre d'hôtel.

Cons:

Pour une chambre qui peut accueillir 5 personnes, les poubelles sont trop petites ainsi que les étagères de douche pour y mettre les différents flacons de gel douche etc...
Petit souci au niveau du store du velux du lit double qui n'a pas pu être fermé totalement.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Europapark ist wirklich sehr gut. Auch das Essen im Gasthaus dazu ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat,waren die anderen sehr lauten Gäste in der Nacht.Da wurde einem wirklich einem der Schlaf geraubt. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür. Vielleicht kann aber das Hotel eine allgemeine Nachtruhe einführen,damit in Zukunft andere Gäste besser schlafen können.
