The staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. When we arrived and checked the room, we found that the pillowcases were dirty, the pillow had an unpleasant smell, and the bath towels were very old and in poor condition.

Comfortable stay in Mysore at a great location with on premise parking.
Pros:

Good hotel. Very helpful staff and buffet food was great.

Cons:

Alacarte menu both food & beverages were too costly. Bedding arrangement will give you back pain.
