Overall, this is a nice place to stay in Santo Domingo
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a higher room because there was early morning noise coming from the exercise studio on the second floor. The rooftop pool bar was a fun place to hang out. The staff and view at the bar were special.

Cons:

Even on the 8th floor, we heard the thumping of the music from the exercise classes at 8am. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel is very good.

El hotel es nuevo, las instalaciones y la ubicación son envidiables

Cons:

En mi estancia de 5 días nunca tuve agua caliente al bañarme. Fue curioso que en el lavamanos si saliera agua caliente pero en la ducha no.

作为一个不会西班牙语，对酒店的安全性、舒适性、和生活品质有要求的商务旅客，在Hyatt Centric的停留非常愉快。
Pros:

服务人员英语很好，也非常有礼貌。早餐品质较高，但是品种变化太少，也许是我住了十几天的缘故，如果短期居住，早餐的品种变化也是过得去的。

没有什么不满意的，一切都保持在应有的水准之上

Brand new, Good for bussines but not very friendly and for sure not a local experience.
Pros:

The hotel is new, the odor in every floor makes you feel in a Spa. Good location. The breakfast was ok, I was expecting a more local option. definitely is a good option for bussines and solo travellers. The pool have a fantastic view.

Cons:

The staff looks at you, not as a guest but as an intruder. Like you are paying a very high price for it including the General Manager that is not welcoming nobody. the hotel is not alive and you do not feel welcome. However 3 of the Staff were very nice 2 of them from F&B and 1 of them from reception makes the different. Also, I did not like that the hotel is together to a corporate building and you have to change elevators every time you go to your room.
