Für Konzertbesuch in der Nähe ganz gut.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Personal war sehr nett. Hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte etwas Gebrauchsspuren gehabt, z.B. Macken an Wänden oder Spiegel. Jedoch hat es an nix gefehlt und für unser Kurtripp für einen Konzertbesuch hat es gereicht.

Leider werden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.
Pros:

Das Check-in-Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer beim Betreten von einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch erfüllt. Unter dem Bett war es sehr schmutzig, mit Chipskrümeln und Essensresten. Auch das Badezimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage und die Heizung waren offenbar vom Personal blockiert, sodass man das Zimmer weder richtig kühlen noch heizen konnte. Außerdem war es sowohl von der Straße als auch von anderen Hotelgästen sehr laut.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Check-out: Als wir um 6 Uhr morgens auschecken wollten, war die Rezeption geschlossen und niemand da, um uns Informationen zu geben. Da wir wegen anderer Termine dringend losmussten, mussten wir fast eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand um 06:25 Uhr erschien, obwohl der Check-out offiziell ab 6 Uhr möglich sein sollte.

Ein Hotel mit Herz&Wohlfühlfaktor
Pros:

Herausragend freundlicher und zuvorkommender Hotelmanager und Personal.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem dank der hochwertigen Matrazen.
Das Frühsrück ist abwechslungsreich und für den Preis nicht zu schlagen.
Mit der S Bahn ist man in 20 min am Hauptbahnhof oder am Wasen, somit ist die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls top da etwas ausserhalb des Trubels aber alles in Reichweite. Top Preis- Leistung in allem. Wir kommen wieder.
