“חופשה מושלמת עם שירות יוצא דופן, יחס אישי מרגש והמון תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים – בהחלט נחזור שוב!” 🌟🥂💙

התארחנו במלון אורכידאה אילת ונהנינו מכל רגע. מהרגע שהגענו קיבלנו שירות אדיב, מקצועי וחם מכל אנשי הצוות. היחס האישי, הזמינות והרצון לעזור הורגשו לאורך כל השהות והפכו את החוויה למיוחדת עוד יותר.

המלון עצמו מטופח, יפהפה ונעים מאוד, עם נראות מרשימה ואווירה רגועה ומזמינה. גם נושא התחזוקה היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד – הכול היה נקי, מסודר ומתוחזק היטב.

חדר האוכל היה מצוין, עם מגוון רחב של מנות טעימות, אוכל איכותי ושירות נהדר. בכל ארוחה הרגשנו שהושקעה מחשבה בפרטים הקטנים.

גולת הכותרת מבחינתנו הייתה המחווה המרגשת לכבוד יום ההולדת של בת הזוג שלי. צוות המלון הפתיע אותנו בחדר עם בקבוק שמפניה, סרט “מזל טוב” ותפאורה חגיגית ומושקעת שחיכתה לנו ביום ההולדת שלה. זו הייתה הפתעה מרגשת שהוסיפה המון לחוויה וגרמה לנו להרגיש מיוחדים ומוערכים.

אנחנו מאוד מרוצים מהשהות שלנו במלון אורכידאה אילת וממליצים עליו בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה איכותית, מפנקת ומהנה. תודה רבה לכל הצוות על חוויה נפלאה שנזכור עוד הרבה זמן! ❤️🎉🥂

הפסטורליות והריחוק מהכל והרגשה של חופה מנותקת מהכל שזה בול מה שרצינו

התאכזבנו קצת ביום האחרון, בגלל שהחדר שלנו היה קרוב לכניסה לא השתמשנו בתוק תוקים אבל ביום העזיבה התקשרנו וביקשנו כי היינו עם מלא דברים עלינו. בסופו של דבר חיכינו מעל רבע שעה כשכל פעם עובר לידנו נהג ואומר שכמה דקות הוא מגיע אלינו עד שלבסוף וויתרנו וירדנו ברגל

חדרים ישנים וקטנים,הילד ישן על סוג של גג
המקרר היה ריק,לא מים ולא יין למרות שמקובל במלון 5 חדרים למיני בר.
החדר כושר מעפן,אין כלום חוץ מהליכון.
בקיצור ציפיתי להרבה יותר!!!

שירות ואירוח מקסים נהנינו מכל רגע בנוסף יש בית כנסת ומתחם הארוחת בוקר יושב ממש על הבריכה תודה על אירוח נפלא .
