אני פעם שנייה חוזרת באותו חודש, היה לי יום הולדת 25, אז סתם כתבתי בבקשות מיוחדות שיש לי יום הולדת ואני באה לחגוג במלון, הם שדרגו לי את החדר לחדר מול הים על חשבונם ככה הפתיעו, אני אוהבת שהרשת רואה את הלקוח קטן בשתי עיניים, בית מלון מספר 1 בכל ישראל ללא מתחרים, שקט, שירותי,טבע, אני והבן זוג שלי מעדיפים הבית מלון הזה על חו״ל, זר לא יבין…….

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. We were woken up at 8:00 a.m. and shouted at because we were charging our electric car, even though we had asked for permission beforehand. When we tried to speak with the staff, they ignored us and did not respond. We expected much better service and would not recommend this hotel.
The food not good
Clean and comfortable, food was outstanding, staff were friendly and cooperative, highly recommended
