Shangri-La Karesansui Hotel

Alojamiento idealmente ubicado y muy bonito y acogedor. El desayuno que te sirven es delicioso y muy abundante. Pero sin duda lo que destacaría es la amabilidad y cercanía del personal, que hace tu estancia muy fácil y cómoda desde que llegas hasta que te vas.

Absolutely lovely staff + great location. Lovely homestay. Every single one of them was amazing, extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a small problem in the middle of the night, were we called them and they solved the problem for us right away, with great friendliness! Loved everyone of them who worked there. One of the girls speaks great English and the rest of them did everything they could to minimize possible miscommunication caused by language barrier.
The room was very stylish and had good equipment.
Delicious breakfast and they offered a cup of local hot milk every night. As a bonus, the staff offered free pick up. That was most helpful since network problems and roadblocks would've otherwise made finding the hotel very difficult.

Wonderful homestay, which we recommended to friends traveling to Shangri-La in the near future.

Tutto! La struttura è bellissima, in una posizione comoda. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne, pulitissime e dotate di tutto. La colazione è abbondante e preparata al momento. Le ragazze alla reception sono fantastiche, pronte ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta.

Reallyyyy Friendly service! I think this was the best hotel in Shangri La.🤩 I booked 3 nights and even though stayed there longer! The breakfast was amazing and really fresh! They give us like family reception. Do not miss this opportunity to stay in this beautiful place, pleaseee~ It’s will be a fantastic experience for your trip!

Amazing stay with incredible hospitality. I have never experienced such warm and thoughtful hospitality from hosts before. They picked me up from the airport in the rain and welcomed me with hot tea and snacks. I was also given a lovely goody bag of souvenirs to welcome me to Shangri-La. The room was so cosy and comfortable with wonderful attention to detail and beautiful design features. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. They prepared me a delicious vegetarian, home-cooked breakfast and brought me warm milk at bedtime. Incredibly helpful and assisted me in booking a driver to take me to Lijiang, Baishuitai and Leaping Tiger Gorge. The family made me feel so welcome and I will definitely stay again if I get the chance to return to Shangri-La. An incredible stay~

Good location, nice breakfast

Wonderful stay with amazing hospitality!

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which makes it very convenient to explore the area on foot. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so getting around was easy without needing transportation.

The owner and staff were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had to check out very early in the morning, and they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch.

They even helped arrange a Didi ride to the airport for us at no extra charge. We truly appreciated their kindness and generosity.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and were very impressed by the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cet hôtel est remarquable : de grandes chambres (nous avons voyagé en famille avec trois enfants de 17, 18, 19 ans), un personnel d'une gentillesse et d'une délicatesse qui va bien au-delà du marketing !
Une chambre de luxe pour les parents et les enfants ont été surclassés dans une sorte de suite qui est un véritable appartement. Tarif très correct pour Shangri-La.
Un petit déjeuner (pas buffet) très copieux et de qualité (plateau ou assiette avec salade, charcuterie, oeufs brouillés, etc ou noodle).
Extrêmement bien placé au calme mais à 5mn à pied de la place centrale où se tiennent des danses quotidiennement en fin de journée.
Et le must : la blanchisserie offerte dans le séjour ce qui n'était pas du luxe dans un voyage de trois semaines....

Todo, la ubicación, el personal sobre todo.Son todo chicas, encantadoras.Tuvieron el detalle de llevar unos vasos de leche caliente por la noche a la habitación de mis hijos.
Y el desayuno es excelente, copioso, y con un café latte perfecto.
Ah, y el suelo radiante, es un placer.
