Didn’t stay the night, left after an hour.
Pros:

Location was great. Furniture condition was good.

Cons:

There were padlocks and hasps on outside of bedroom door which is not legal, house smelt of Cannabis with air freshener over top, room freezing cold and no access to heating control or separate heater. Room was not deeply clean and shared bathroom was even less clean.

Great value place to stay, I recommend it.
Pros:

Just perfect for what I needed. Great room and location. Large well equipped bathroom. Good parking Much preferred staying here than the static caravan I stayed in last time.

Cons:

Mattress wasn't the best, but no big deal.

Room and bed clean

Cons:

Hospitality was none existant. No staff available. No en suite and bathroom opposite our room turned out to be shared which we did not know at booking. Was not at all happy with stay to the extent we decided to leave early and although we booked 2 nights we only stayed 1 and returned home. Will not return to cosy room again.

Pros:

They dont do breakfast anyway. Thank goodness.

Cons:

Too many different smells of overpowering air fresheners. As soon as you opened the front door they overpowered
Noticed that the bed was packed with cardboard underneath the mattress. I wondered why the stay was so cheap.

Weekend stay
Pros:

Good value for money, clean, tidy, great location, friendly host, close to pubs, bars, restaurants parking available & transport links.

Cons:

We hadvthe room without on suite, but it wasn't bad.

Never again!
Pros:

It was clean and tidy

Cons:

Hasp lock on room door with padlock.
Host couldn't get away fast enough. She was abrupt and not friendly at all.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Had to go and buy pillows as the ones supplied were flat.
Coffee supplies were awful, more basic than. A travel lodge.
Too many air fresheners that we had to unplug
After we had checked in there was a pair of kids trainers on the shelf, we went out for tea and came back, someone had been in when we were out and removed them and wifi router had been moved.
