Pros:

The hotel was exceptional, very clean, the sauna was great as well.
The best part was 4 course dinner that we really enjoyed. Definitely recommend to all the travellers.

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione e lo staff è accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. L'attenzione all'ambiente attraverso piccoli accorgimenti e la condivisione di tale mission è davvero ammirevole.

Cons:

Ci sono alcune cose da migliorare che renderebbero il soggiorno ancora più confortevole:
- per la colazione andrebbero specificati in modo accurato i nomi di marmellate, cereali e il loro contenuto comprensivo di ingredienti;
- migliorare la pulizia delle camere, soprattutto essendoci la moquette per chi soffre di allergie alla polvere deve esser pulita più accuratamente;
- ripensare i menu in modo meno fantasioso ma più attento alle tradizioni locali;
- richiedere maggior attenzione al personale delle pulizie nell'entrare nelle camere senza prima bussare, soprattutto se l'orario non coincide ancora con quello di check out o fornirgli indicazioni su quali stanze sono effettivamente libere e quali no.

The room had a nice cottage feel, everything was good especially the sauna land wow that blew me away how nice it is definitely worth staying overnight to use the sauna, jacuzzi

Gyönyörű környezetben, nagy múltra visszatekintő családi szálloda. A szobákból csodás kilátás a völgyre és Lienz-re. Nagyon finom reggeli!

Pros:

Personnel amical et serviable. Hôtel avec une histoire de famille. Petit-déjeuner correct mais sans fioritures. Cadre sympathique : village charmant.

Cons:

Le stationnement difficile dans le village. La literie a besoin d'être renouvelée comme le reste de l'appartement qui a vieilli. Même si nous ne sommes pas mal tombés, nous aurions aimé pouvoir choisir notre table.

Schönes altes Hotel mit großer Geschichte , gute Lage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in einer sehr

Das Essen ist sehr gut mit 10 von 10 Punkten, dass Personal incl. Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche
