Das Hotel insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber schön. Das Essen ist gut und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr modern und ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Leider war ich mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden, da das Zweibettzimmer mit getrennten Betten für ein Doppelzimmer deutlich zu klein war (eher geeignet als Einzelzimmer). Für die ersten zwei Nächte konnten wir in ein „normales“ Doppelzimmer umziehen, danach war das Hotel leider ausgebucht. Daraufhin haben wir vorzeitig das Hotel gewechselt. Eine Erstattung (in irgendwelcher Form) haben wir nicht erhalten. Das Personal war allerdings sehr bemüht. Unser Zimmer jedoch als Doppelzimmer anzubieten ist nicht in Ordnung und entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 3-Sterne Hotels.
Essen war ausgezeichnet 5* plus einen Stern für den Koch. Frühstücksbuffet in üblichem Rahmen.

Se però scegliete questo hotel contando di sfruttare l'area benessere, è importante sapere che, nonostante non sia scritto da nessuna parte, la sauna può essere utilizzata solamente da nudi (i costumi sono vietati). Sebbene avessimo chiesto indicazioni in reception sull'uso della sauna, nessuno ha pensato di avvisarci di questo requisito. Tuttavia, una volta entrati nell'area benessere, il mio compagno è stato AGGREDITO per aver indossato un costume sotto all'asciugamano da un ospite tedesco al quale la reception aveva GARANTITO che si potesse accedere alla sauna solamente da nudi, obbligandoci a lasciare l'area. La reception ci ha assicurato di aver chiesto all'ospite di avvisarli in futuro, invece di "farsi giustizia da solo", ma hanno sostanzialmemte dato ragione all'ospite e non hanno neanche lontanamente pensato di chiederci scusa per aver causato il problema. Se questo è il trattamento riservato agli ospiti, di sicuro non ci rivedranno mai più.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Früstücksraum ist auch sehr schön.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Zimmer haben keinen Teppichboden sondern Laminat (schön für Hausstauballergiker).
Wir kommen sehr gerne Mal wieder!
Leider war vor dem Haus gerade eine Baustelle, wodurch man abends noch ein bisschen Baulärm hatte am Balkon. Ansonsten ist der Blick auf die Berge sehr schön.
