Ich komme wieder! Der nächste Aufenthalt im Hotel Ernst Ludwig ist bereits gebucht!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, service- und kundenorientiert und hat meinem Aufenthalt eine tolle persönliche Note verliehen. Der Service und auch das Frühstück in familiärer Atmosphäre (keine Massenabfertigung) war sehr gut. Die Möglichkeit eines flexiblen Check-Ins (v.a. wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist) gefällt mir sehr gut! Die (zentrale) Lage des Hotels ist bombastisch gut! Mittendrin, statt nur dabei! Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und die Ausstattung (v.a. Kühlschrank, Ventilator) wusste ich sehr zu schätzen! Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone gelegen ist, war es sehr schön ruhig. m

Cons:

Der Aufzug war leider defekt (kommt vor) - kein Weltuntergang, aber ein intakter Aufzug ist natürlich im Falle von ein bisschen Mehr an Gepäck in Kombination mit einem Zimmer im 4.OG natürlich prinzipiell eine komfortable Sache!

Sauberes, einfaches Hotel in der Innenstadt. Für den Preis absolut okay, Frühstück gut. Mitarbeiterin sehr nett und bemüht.

Well done Hotel Ernst Ludwig!
Pros:

Lady at reception so kind and very helpful. Well done to her. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast very nice.

Cons:

The lifts did not work so we had to carry out quite have bags up the stairs. Going home, the reception lady actually offered to carry it for us but that was not necessary, we managed.
