La pace e tranquillità del luogo, la struttura fornita di tutto, la cordialità e la simpatia della Host.
Siamo stati ospiti per due notti, la struttura è davvero molto bella, immersa nel verde con una vista sui colli invidiabile. Mery, la proprietaria davvero simpatica e solare, ci siamo trovati benissimo e se possibile torneremo prima possibile.
Buen sitio para pasar un par de noches y visitar pueblos de la Toscana. La anfitriona muy simpática

Amazing location with great bicycle-friendly surroundings :). The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and grill area make it a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of cycling. Everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay is here. Highly recommended!
El lugar precioso. Las vistas desde la piscina/jacuzzi un sueño. Solo nos quedamos dos noches pero me encantaría volver para pasar más tiempo. Ubicación buena para visitar varios sitios de La Toscana. Pueblos a 10 minutos en coche para comer/cenar/comprar. La dueña muy simpática, y su corgi también. Cuando llegamos caía la mundial de lluvia y nos trajo un paraguas a la puerta del coche❤️ Grazie mille.

The location of the accommodation is in the heart of the beautiful Crete Senesi and a 20 minute drive to Siena. The whole area is beautiful with many panoramas. I was enchanted by the sunrises and sunsets. Magical. Dogs are welcome 🥰 Mery is a great host who welcomes you with warm hands. It was like living in a fairy tale. I will definitely come back ❤️

The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property has a separate automatic gate from the road and a private parking area, which is very convenient. The location is also a big plus, as it is close to Siena. The kitchen is well equipped and practical for cooking.
The overall experience did not feel very comfortable. The interior has cold, low-cost finishes and harsh - cold lighting, which makes the space feel unwelcoming rather than cozy. Sound insulation is very poor — closing a door causes vibrations throughout the entire house. I honestly don’t understand why this type of lighting is still used in living spaces — cold light might work in a butcher shop or a jewelry store, but in a room, especially when it’s already physically cold, it only amplifies the discomfort. Instead of feeling cozy or home-like, the space ends up feeling more like a warehouse.
For a group of 7 people, having only one bathroom is not sufficient. Basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo were not provided. The heating system is difficult to manage and struggles to properly warm up the spaces. They change the towels once a week.
Although the heating cost is mentioned in the description, it has to be paid separately in cash on-site, which is not very convenient. In my opinion, this should be included in the overall price — charging it as an extra creates a slightly unprofessional feeling and leaves a negative impression as a customer.
Regarding the jacuzzi: upon request, the staff allowed us to use it in the evening (around 9–10 PM), which I appreciated. However, when I went down, the cover had already been removed and the heating was not turned on — the water was only around 26°C. This is not a proper jacuzzi experience. I have used jacuzzis even in snowy conditions in Iceland, so I do have a reference point.
It felt like a “gesture” rather than a real solution — my request was technically fulfilled, but not in a meaningful way. I specifically chose this accommodation for the scenery and the jacuzzi, so this was a major disappointment.
The jacuzzi is otherwise only available between 10 AM and 5 PM, which is quite limiting. While the property might be more enjoyable in summer, during April it feels overpriced for the value it offers.

Possibilità di poter fare colazione, il nostro terrazzo aveva un muraglione al posto di un affaccio ,quasi soffocante , appartamenti puliti ma un po datati come gli utensili a disposizione . Il prezzo l’ho trovato un pò alto .
