Wunderschöne Lage, bemüht aber nicht überzeugend.
Pros:

+ Das Hotel befindet sich in auf einem wunderschönen Areal direkt am Wörthersee, umgeben von einem alten Baumbestand. Die Fahrt nach Pörtschach dauert mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten.
+ Das Zimmer war neu ausgemalt, mit einem schönen Wandbild.
+ Die Außenanlage war sehr liebevoll gepflegt.

Cons:

- Die Sanitäranlagen auf unserem Zimmer waren veraltet (unangenehmer Geruch auf der Toilette, verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche).
- Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war etwas dunkel, das ist jedoch im Hochsommer sicherlich angenehm weil es nicht so heiß wird (es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keine Terrassenabgrenzung im Erdgeschoss, man kann also nur bedingt mit offener Terrassentüre schlafen).
- Für uns der größte Minuspunkt war die Art wie die Mitarbeiter(in) mit der ausgefallenen Kaffeemaschine zum Frühstück umging. Es gab keinerlei Information dazu, eine Wartezeit von 20 Minuten auf den Kaffee (vermutlich länger, wir haben dann abgebrochen) und eine - sicherlich der Überlastung geschuldeten - herablassenden Behandlung durch die für das Frühstücksservice zuständige Dame. Natürlich kann eine Kaffeemaschine immer ein technisches Problem haben, man hätte die Situation aber besser lösen können.

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick und direkter Zugang zum See war sehr komfortabel. Ebenso die gemütliche Gartenbar mit freundlichem Personal, das Sonnen auf den Sonnenliegen mit Drinks am Badesteg und die Ruhe waren die Highlights.

Pros:

Everything!
The location is perfect, directly by the lake, no busy street or big hotel anywhere near. You can sit by the lake and listen to the water an birds and really relax.
The rooms are very nice (I will book one with a lake view next time), they have everything one might need and the beds are comfy.
The restaurant is very good! The menu in small (at least now) but there's something for everyone and everything tastes amazing!
The staff is super friendly and helpful, I've had only positive interactions.
If you get the chance, sign up for a yoga class with Stephie, she is really amazing and you will for sure enjoy it.

Die Lage, der Komfort und die Ruhe direkt am See.

Cons:

Der kleine Salat mit 10 Euro, ist ein Hauch von Nichts. Da ist wirklich Potential nach oben hin möglich.
