Next time I stay longer.
Pros:

I had a room in the basement. was a bit noisy because of the AC units outside the window. Location is good close to the Metro , shops and a few restaurants. Room had a small kitchen. I only stayed 1 night, thus didn't use it.

Cons:

Room was a bit chilly but I didn't bother puting the heating on.

Very satisfied with the staff and accommodation.
Pros:

So central to the train station and grocery stores. A lovely area. The room is very spacious and great ensuite and kitchen. Everything we needed.

Location great, everything else drab and gloomy.
Pros:

The location was great with a tube stop down the road and a 3 mins walk, with local shops and cafes/bars

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle. The pillows were flat and need replacing. The shower was uninviting. We got a basement room which was dark and gloomy. There was building work going on in the room opposite which woke us and noisy neighbours above. No staff to complain to.

Pros:

We liked the location and that the room was spacious. The staff was cooperative when we asked for a favour.

Cons:

The whole bathroom was flooding every time we had a shower due to poor design, the whole floor and shower room were completely flat. The corridor outside the room was filled with cleaning equipment, towels, and was messy and not well presented. One morning we woke up and someone was doing painting works outside the flat, and there was a smell in the air. No one warned us, and in my opinion they should have the flat vacant when doing works right outside it. The access to the flat was not ideal, if the elevator broke you could not access the room. Thankfully we discovered a way to exit without using the elevator but we did not have the code to enter back in through there, which was hazardous due to my present condition. Minor compared to the rest but there was no coffee machine which is unlike most places I've stayed in.

Location excellent, bit pricey and underwhelming for what you pay
Pros:

The location was super convenient, the rooms were well stocked with the correct utilities.

Cons:

That in the price you pay, no one comes to change your bins or bedsheets unless you're having a long stay, and if you do require that service, it's an additional charge

Good location with lots to see.
Pros:

The property was close to station and walkable to the beautiful streets of Chelsea and Kensington.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt dirty and the air conditioning was terrible. Weather in London was reaching over 30 degrees and it was cooler outside than in our room.
