Disappointing
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff, location was great!

Cons:

Couldn't check in on time. Room wasn't ready, shuttle service completely let us down. No body wash in the shower.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly.

Cons:

We were told we could park in front and got a $40 parking ticket. There aren’t any no parking signs there.

Cons:

The surprise of having to pay $20 for parking 1 night in the hotel parking lot! That's way too expensive.

Decent stay for our needs.
Pros:

Hotel location to the ballpark. Little longer walk than expected but still within reason. Did find parking next to park second night which was free and didn't have to get caught up in all the traffic. Easy access to downtown.

Cons:

Breakfast was very weak. Fruit and yogurt which is usually the norm for breakfast at these levels of hotels wasn't even offered. Not very healthy choices otherwise.

Awful
Cons:

The room was very unclean and had bed bugs. We did not stay in this room. I would like to have a refund as we booked a new hotel.

Pros:

Cons:

No TV only tubi or Pluto, had to pay for parking, we didn’t know either of those things before we arrived. Neighborhood was very sketchy.
