Great location, lovely pool and close to Udawalawe National Park and the elephant transit home. Great range of room options for families, really good value for money. Staff helped us book a safari with lunch packs and a guide which was excellent. A highlight for the kids was the bird life and even a monkey in the trees, a real safari camp experience!

One of the best places we stayed on our trip to Sri lanka. Make sure to book safari with Rajitha he is located in the property - best expierince. Restaurant serves nice food and makes amazing margaritas.

We had a fabulous stay here in one of the chalets which was spacious and had great air conditioning. Staff were very warm and welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed. We also booked a safari with them and Rajitha was an excellent guide. No complaints with the food and the pool was always kept clean. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Secluded oasis in the jungle. Incredible value for money we felt like we were at a luxury property.

Breakfast was great, though not many western options mostly spicy items. We did get eggs made to order which was great :)

Pool was sweet, room was great, you could see fireflies in the night.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war sehr gross und WC und Dusche waren getrennt und haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Klimatisiert und genügend Steckdosen für 4 Personen. Wir haben eine Safari über das Hotel gebucht die uns sehr gefallen hat da der Guid auch ein Auge fürs Detail hatte und nicht nur den anderen Fahrzeugen auf der Safari gefolgt ist. Am Abend gab es ein vielfältiges Büffet, so auch für das Frühstück.

Absolutnie idylliczne miejsce! Przy cenie 75$ za noc dla 4 osob ze sniadaniem, poziom luksusu powoduje opadanie szczęki. Szczególnie polecam późno wieczorną kąpiel w basenie i obserwację Deamon Birds. Wspaniałe śniadanie i wspaniała kolacja, którą szczególnie polecam wykupić.

Friendly staff. Nice grounds and pool. Close to safari. Food was good.

Gorgeous setting. Stayed in an en- suite tented tree house with a lovely balcony. Nice pool and restaurant there too. They organised a safari for us and we saw lots if elephants. Families with youngsters as well. Absolutely brilliant!

Jungle vibes, awesome pool, super friendly staff

We stayed at Ele Camp in Udawalawe over Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and it was absolutely incredible.
We had one of the larger family rooms on the top floor, which was stunning, spotless, and full of space. There were three beds, two doubles and one extra-large double. The spiral staircase up to the room is gorgeous and covered in plants, though a bit tricky with small children.
It was Christmas when we stayed, and the festive touches were brilliant. The Christmas buffet was delicious, and someone dressed as Santa Claus, which our kids loved. Ele Camp organized tickets for us to visit the Elephant Transit Home in the afternoon, which was magical, and our Boxing Day private jeep safari was unforgettable. We saw elephants up close, monkeys, birds, and even crocodiles.
The food was freshly prepared, tasty, and they were fantastic at catering for my son’s food allergies, even making him a Sri Lankan chicken curry that he loved so much he had two portions.
The pool is a great size and super fun for the kids, and we enjoyed some fantastic cocktails, especially the Arrack Sour, and a cold Lion beer after a long morning. Ele Camp also offers cooking classes, which looked fantastic and something we would love to try next time.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Ele Camp felt luxurious yet relaxed and family-friendly. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again.

La chambre était tout simplement exceptionnelle, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons eu 3 lits king size. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour le départ du safari. La piscine est top, j'ai pu faire des longueurs. Super adresse. Petit déjeuner top. Douche chaude ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas.
