The place is close to the center although a bit noisy
Pros:

Breakfast is good! The server is nice too.

Cons:

Location is noisy and it’s very hot. Probably you can add an electric fan.

Affordable stay in Zermatt
Pros:

The hotel is few minutes walk from the train station. There are a few restaurants around the hotel included the famous cheese fondue. The Matterhorn sunrise view is just few minutes walk. Breakfast is included. Check in check out process is speedy. Love the balcony.

Cons:

Too many stairs and soundproofing is not good.

Pros:

Its so calm and cozy. At night i sit out the balcony and enjoy the cold breeze. The staff was very friendly. Clean room and toilet.

Good location but terrible staff
Pros:

Easily walkable from train station and positioned to put you closer to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondola. Located in heart of the town. Good sized room. Breakfast spread was great.

Cons:

Shower was laughably tiny--tighter than a phone booth. Windows opened onto alley way full of trash and junk. And we had a terrible exchange with a morning staff person. When we arrived, the lobby was closed and a list of guests and room numbers were posted on the door, with a peg board of keys on the adjacent wall. We had two rooms. We checked our room numbers and grabbed what we thought were our keys (Room 4 and 5), stowed our gear and left to tour the area for the day. The next morning when we came down for breakfast, the employee told us we had taken the wrong keys (should have been rooms 14 and 15). She was very cross and said it had caused a problem because another guest with a heart issue had wanted a lower floor room and we had taken their room. I apologized, told her it was entirely my fault, and offered to change rooms right then, but she said it didn't matter for the second night and kept saying it was wrong that we took the other keys. We were left standing there kind of dumbfounded with her scolding because I'm not sure at that point what she wanted us to do. The hotel had my cell phone number and my email address and the hotel has a small number of rooms. Had they contacted me the previous day I would have raced back to the hotel and switched the rooms. Had they entered our rooms, we weren't unpacked and they could have moved our luggage to a common area or checked our luggage tags to confirm our name as the offending guest. The whole situation was handled unprofessionally and could have been resolved the previous day with a little resourcefulness. So no, I can't recommend this hotel in spite of its benefits, because guest should expect to be treated with kindness and respect, especially if the guests are being polite and forthright. Sometimes tired travelers make mistakes.

Pros:

The nice room is clean with private clean toilet/bath. Nice breakfast too.

Cons:

Unfortunately we have a chain smoker next door so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as we wish too. It just our luck for 1 night stay.

Pros:

Pros:

Location is vey good. The best view from our window - Matterhorn.

Cons:

It almost impossigle to reach top floors with suitcases, especially if you have big ones. I had to help a women to bring her luggege to her room as she could not make it. It's not easy to guess how to get your room key as nobody meet you even during the day.

Proximidade da ponte da igreja de onde se avista o Matterhorn

Cons:

Entrada acanhada, escura e feia, O acesso tem muitos degraus irregulares. Muito difícil para subir e descer com malas NÃO TEM ELEVADOR.
Cobram um valor muito alto. Café da manhã muito simples.
Camas ruins e instalações junto à lavanderia do hotel! Banheiro muito pequeno e sem muita higiene
