Suites Homestay by Evernent

值班的员工不太行，这是第二次住，第一次员工主动联络我，告诉我哪里等 因为拿钥匙，是用钥匙开的，所以比较麻烦不方便，到了拿钥匙 退房也不能放楼下柜台，也要等员工到了才能交给他们。
重点没有 office ，员工是外面跑的。
第二次住比较迟入住，大概 5 点左右吧，我以为是楼下柜台的 所以就直接到那边去柜台登记，结果柜台说不是他们的酒店，需要打电话联络，我就有点生气了，毕竟第一次是工作人员 ws 找我，可是第二次值班的工作人员没有联系我，我就联系他们，结果没回复我，我打电话，没接。用 ws 打才接，问了我是谁，什么名字， 我现在过去。
反正就是不好的服务。
早上我比较早退房大概 8 点，我以为钥匙可以借放楼下柜台，结果柜台说不接受 ，然后工作人员 9 点上班，我找了 3 个工作人员 没回我。等等等 等到了 最后一个工作人员回我说如果我方便吗去他的地方，我当然说可以。
效率问题吧。

But, the Evernent management (staff) was taking a longggg time (2hrs) to give room key for check-in. Despite being texted and called for an hour earlier before reaching the apartment. The delay was unacceptable, wasnt a good experience when traveling with kids. The staff also had the audacity to tell his car "breakdown" (which could turn out to be faked - as the Security guard mentioned this Evernent management is always late to attend customers) DO NOT BOOK THIS. Best to book at the property lobby itself, than choosing this Evernent management.

Check-in process not so smooth. Have to wait for key to arrive.

Hard to find parking

Sound proofing is close to non existent... u could hear all the cars with shitty exhaust mods passing by. Couldn't really get a good nights sleep because of the noise...
