Lovely stay 😀
Pros:

Beautiful furnishings in the rooms. Plenty of space. Beds were extremely comfortable. Tea coffee water and biscuits provided. Lots of little milk sachets which was a bonus!!

Pros:

Booking, entry and parking instructions spot on.
Location is the town centre, and as such is busy, with traffic noise audible.
This did not detract from the quality and value for money. Lovely room clean tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room set up. Well-appointed and clean.
An ideal stop off en route to South Cornwall for me.
I would certainly use it again

Perfect spot for a night in cullompton
Pros:

Great room, exactly as advertised, very comfortable, modern and practical. Bonus of on site parking (for now), ideal location for a night in cullompton, and easy check in check out procedure.

Cons:

Tiny niggle ... No direct access to the Italian downstairs, although there are doors through you cannot use them so have to go outside and round

Lovely stay :)
Pros:

Nice spacious room with comfy bed and everything you need. Easy lock system for door and keys. All little details thought about- tea, coffee, biscuits and even oat milk sachets. Honestly would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming that way.

Pros:

Lovely and clean, modern and great communication from the owners. Easy to check in and out. Great for a one night stay.

Parking was a little tight but okay for one night.

We’ll be back!
Pros:

Very close proximity to the motorway, lovely Italian close by, great high bunk beds with space. Allocated parking. Easy and convenient access with codes. Lots of small details taken care of - fridge, tea coffee biscuits etc.

Cons:

Parking spaces are too narrow - my space was between two cars already parked and I couldn’t get out of any of the 4 doors once parked between them.
