A beautiful and clean hotel where you feel safe, with good facilities and a wide variety of products.

Cons:

However, there were two significant negative points.

Although the breakfast buffet was exceptionally large and offered many choices, most of them catered primarily to Asian tastes, and several options were not particularly appealing to European guests. Considering the size of the buffet, there should be at least one small but well-rounded section offering European-style breakfast choices.

Furthermore, almost none of the staff spoke English. Communication had to take place mainly through gestures or by using a translation app. It is extremely disappointing for a five-star hotel that the management has not ensured that enough employees have at least a basic command of English to communicate properly with international guests.
