櫃檯很專業，酒店本身是走華麗的復古宮廷風格，浴室內的白磺溫泉泡起來很舒服，泡完皮膚都滑滑嫩嫩的，離捷運跟各種商店步行15分鐘即可到達，步行路上也有溫泉博物館、圖書館。新北投是個美好寧靜的地方。
