Cons:

When I viste the hotel I show them my booking conformation and but they say rooms are full and offer me another non ac room very bad experience and not at all clean

​"I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay. The property description was misleading. I was told the room had Air Conditioning, but upon arrival, there was no AC at all—only a fan. To make matters worse, the fan is extremely slow and ineffective. The room is unhygienic and uncomfortable, which is a health concern. I would like to request a partial refund for the lack of promised facilities."
