I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The service was completely unacceptable, and the condition of the room was far below the standard that was advertised. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly before check-in. The facilities promised during booking were either unavailable or not working, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Despite paying for the room in good faith, I did not receive the quality of service that was promised.

The staff, especially the receptionist, were very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of helping to resolve the issues I raised, they spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. They refused to address my complaints properly and made the entire experience even more frustrating.

I feel that I was misled by the hotel's advertisement and charged for services that were not actually provided. This experience caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I request a full investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the hotel for its poor service, misleading information, and unprofessional behavior. I also request a full refund for the amount I paid, as the hotel failed to provide the services and standards that were promised. I hope this complaint is taken seriously so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.pls dont suggest this kind of hotel to anyone..🙏
