Pros:

The Pool Area.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean as I expected. The chair in the room was full on stains. The light fixture blinked on and off. The toilet had rust stains. The bedspread had a stain. It needs updates bad.. I took it upon myself to go purchase cleaning products from Dollar General and clean it myself.

My stay was excellent and very comfortable.
Pros:

The property was very convenient to all the eateries and activities. The property was in a safe and secure location and was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Not sure if it was the room I selected but it would be great to have one if not both a microwave and refrigerator.

Double Tree is our number one pick on places to stay when we visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Pros:

We always stay at the Double Tree while visiting Biloxi. It’s in the perfect location. The staff is always great and very accommodating. Zamya was great!! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Cons:

I dislike the fact they removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms.

The Gulf view didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. I requested one and it took from 10a-7p to get them and once we got it the microwave was broken. This made the trip a bit inconvenient due to having to throw food away. The staff especially the night auditor was excellent from arrival to departure.

Had to cancel the reservation
Pros:

The foyer, because that's all I was able to see!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I booked the room and when I arrived to check in the associate at the front desk stated that the system was down company wide. We drove from Alabama and waited 2 1/2 hours for the system to come back up. We eventually had to cancel and book another room about 5 miles away from the casinos. I was very disappointed!!
