The bed
The girls attitude at breakfast. We had never received a breakfast voucher before and didn’t know how it worked. When we told the lady at the counter. She was not helpful and told us there was no buffet. We travel a lot and we will NOT visit your hotel again!!!!
staff all seemed nice
pool was closed. floors/surfaces were filthy and things were falling apart (such as the handrails in one of the elevators). such a big deal is made on the website about paying extra for the breakfast but I have seen free continental breakfasts with better selections

Ran out of toilet paper in room and staff was unable to provide me with more due to it being locked away and no manager on scene

The cookies that we got at check in were quite good, and the food we had for dinner was excellent.
There were a few lights in our room that were out, the lighting could have been better.

The location
The price was high for a basic room without a small fridge. The cheapest hotels have small refrigerators and microwaves these days. For almost $400 a night you would assume the Double Tree would have done some updates to include a small fridge and small microwave.
