No hot pool

One of the heat pumps didn't work and with the stone floors the apartment is quite cold. Couldn't find extra blankets anywhere, had to get them the next day. No frypan for the stove top only an electric frypan but the location of plugs for the jug, toaster and frypan (only 2) is located at the end of the bench with minimal bench space to house them.

The kitchen had 8 water glasses but only 2 wine glasses.
I had checked the website before we came to see if a Nespresso machine was provided so I could bring Nespresso pods from home but it wasn't mentioned on the list of appliances. When we got here there was a machine but I couldn't be bothered making a trip to the supermarket just to buy pods - perhaps the website could be updated with a note to bring your own pods.
The guests next door returned from Speedway and were making a lot of noise even though the rules state quiet required after 10 pm and this is re-iterated at check in. Finally, after a couple of hours around midnight my sister rang the Night Duty Manager. To her credit she was very apologetic and acted very promptly.
We wanted to wipe down the dining and outdoor table but there were no paper towels or spray and wipe provided. It would also be helpful to have some glad wrap provided.
The floors had been vacuumed but not mopped and were very grimy to the extent that the bathmat was dirty underneath as were our socks and slippers - everything else was spotless.

The Windows were dirty on the putside but to be fair would be a daily task to keep them clean when your by the beach!

You need to add more security lighting between the apartments and walking over to the facilities. it was hard to see at night once the sun went down the path in front of me. Some big lightning would be good. Also the dining table in the apartment was very unstable and needs replacing.

Only complaint was 3 bedrooms with 4 adults and only 1 bathroom mirror. Could possibly suggest a full length mirror on the back or behind the bedroom doors.

There is some noise from logging trucks transporting to the wharf, the park do offer free earplugs for this.

The toilet was filthy and was not cleaned properly during our visit.
the floors downstairs are all concrete and made the place (in April) a bit cold. We had to have the AC running when we were there to warm it up.
There is no privacy with this unit. It is situated in the camp ground, which is entertaining, but you are also completely visible to the campers. As you sit on the lounge or at the dining table, in the kitchen, you are looking straight at the campers at their tables. The bedroom has a net curtain to give some privacy.
The apartment backs on to the main highway which during business hours hosts a number of logging trucks. Every couple of minutes a truck goes by. Upstairs in the living area it is quite loud, whereas, downstairs it well done and the bedrooms are somewhat protected from the noise. The bathroom and stairwell absorb the noise.

Arrived to a late check in. Floors were not clean as it cause socks and feet turn black. Asked to have the issue resolved the next day unfortunately we returned back to the same problem black socks and feet. Asked again to have the issue amended by this time I’m annoyed & ask to make a formal complaint as the apartment became untenable.
