Parfait mais spa à améliorer
Pros:

Ce fut un de nos hotels préférés du séjour.
Il est magnifique d'inspiration orientale. Le service est très agréable.
La chambre était grande, avec tout le nécessaire et la petite piscine sur la terrasse.
La nourriture du restaurant était bonne et la vue magnifique.
Nous avons aussi apprécié les petites bouteilles d'eau données au départ de l'hôtel. Ce sont des petites attentions qui font plaisir et que nous n'avons vu dans aucun autre hôtel.

Cons:

La masseuse etait très bien mais le spa était un peu cher et la salle dans laquelle j'étais n'était pas adaptée à la relaxation (bruit de climatisation mécanique, pas de rideaux donc lumière du jour etc) et pas d'ambiance (musique, bougies etc). Il faut soit l'améliorer soit faire uniquement en chambre.
Ils indiquent le prix (qui n’est deja pas donné) puis une fois la réservation prise demandent 10% supplémentaires si le paiement se fait par carte. Dans ce type d'hôtel, ca n’est pas censé etre le cas.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, schöner Stil, tolle Dachterrasse, hervorragendes Personal.

Cons:

Could have had a few more food options on the menu for breakfast and dinner. Staff sometimes gave confusing messages about logistics but overall were very warm and friendly.
