Pros:

Buena ubicación a unas cuantas cuadras de Central Park, a 2 cuadras del metro, habitación amplia, limpia, camas cómodas.

Cons:

Señoritas de la recepción en check-in muy amables y rápidas. Si preguntabas algo después de check in ya no tan amables.

Nice, Classy Hotel
Pros:

Upscale, modern, comfortable quality beds, good linens, good pillows, fridge in rooms, quiet, great lattés, lots of hooks which is extremely helpful, excellent and silent heating/cooling system

Cons:

The restaurant… chef is trying too hard to stand out and be different with strange food combinations, only 3 desserts on menu that all sounded unappealing. The bathroom lights are way too bright and both come on in the middle of the night if you use the bathroom which is jarring and wakes you up too much… I prefer dimmable bathroom lights, like the Archer hotel in Alexandria - which is brilliant

Clean facility and super nice staffs. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Very new and clean facility. Super friendly staffs and very nice overall environment. We were nearly dead from our overnight flight to Dulles and was hoping to check in earlier to get some rest before starting our trip. They were able to accommodate early check in since they had available room. We were soooooo grateful for that.

In August, my wife, our two children, and I spent three nights at the hotel in a room with two double beds. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location; all the famous landmarks and museums are within walking distance. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, and the dinner at the rooftop restaurant with its view of the surrounding area is amazing. The hotel met all our expectations. We would gladly return. Cons:

Pagué por la opción de la habitación con desayuno incluido y te dan solo la opción de elegir 1 plato por persona, ni siquiera la opción de tomar salado y dulce. Si pides flatwhite/ cafe con leche/capuccino te hacen pagar a parte. Deja mucho que desear que después de pagar más por tener desayuno incluido sea tan limitado, deberían al menos especificarlo a la hora de reservar y que cada uno libremente decida.
En cuanto a la habitación también pagué suplemento de cama extra grande donde las fotos de la habitación era bastante diferente a lo que encuentras.

Reliable and comfortable stay
Pros:

This hotel is amazing and confortable and as always a great stay. I stayed at another Arlo in NYC about 8 years ago and the consistency between both is amazing. The second I walked into this hotel this trip it felt no different than walking into the NYC one 8 years ago. From the signature scent in the lobby to the extremely attentive and friendly staff makes me book this hotel again and again if I’m ever in a city with one. The room was fantastic too. I loved the exposed brick

Cons:

Bathroom doesn’t have a vent fan so steams up quick and the room felt a bit humid. Also had a hiccup with dry cleaning being missed by the staff right before an important event but the General Manager handled the situation fantastically and most definitely took care of us for the inconvenience caused with not having our items laundered.
