Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel und sind rundum begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Betten äußerst bequem und auch das Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick war traumhaft und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.

Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hayrullah Bey Utkan Bey und Majd Bey – sie sind unglaublich herzliche Mitarbeiter, die sich mit viel Engagement um die Gäste kümmern und einem das Gefühl geben, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Nach einem langen Shopping-Tag war es jedes Mal eine Freude, ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Der 24/7-Getränkeservice mit Tee, Limonade, türkischem Kaffee, Wasser und Soda ist ein großartiger Service. Es tut einfach gut, im Zimmer anzukommen, den Meerblick zu genießen und sich jederzeit ein Getränk holen zu können.

Wir sind mit allem rundum zufrieden und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für mich steht fest: Das wird mein neues Stammhotel! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen perfekten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊🌊🏨✨

Все просто ідеально) Дуже хороший готель!
Pros:

Дуже привітний та уважний персонал. Дуже гарне розташування - наче кілька хвилин від Ая Софії та Блакитної мечеті, а тиша - її в тому районі знайти не просто)) кілька хвилин до парому на азійську сторону та кілька хвилин до трамвая. Вода, кава та інші напої та закуски на барі безкоштовно. Все просто ідеально) Дуже хороший готель!

Просто потрясающий отель и невероятная команда! Все время пребывания мы были окутаны такой заботой и тёплым гостеприимством, как будто приехали к родственникам! Спасибо огромное сотруднику Majd и всей команде за безупречный сервис. Команда на связи 24/7 и всегда готова помочь по любым вопросам.
В отеле очень чисто, комфортно, шикарный вид на Босфор, восхитительная терраса. Комплиментарный чай и кофе - это отдельное наслаждение. Рекомендую отель на 1000%

Wonderful location, clean room, friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to key attractions but also in a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well serviced, and the hotel has a beautiful view on the terrace. Would come back.

Great stay in Istanbul in the middle of old town.
Pros:

Very, very nice and helpful people running the hotel. Free water, coffee and tea when ever required and many helpful tips. AC was working well. Outstanding service.
