We loved the staff above all!
Urkan and Majd were AMAZING as well as the rest of the Reception and Cafe staff. Majd made us laugh so hard with his brilliant sense of humor. We enjoyed him so much. Urkan, with the beautiful eyes, was always the gentleman ready to assist.
Aparte del Inglés, los dos hablan un español muy fácil de entender y nos hicieron sentir en casa. Gracias!! Igual, agradecemos mucho su ayuda con la silla de ruedas de mi cuñado. Su trato con el fue tan amable y los 5 de nosotros nunca los olvidaremos a Uds y su gentileza.
The hotel is very well situated, we were able to walk or take the tram everywhere a tourist would want to visit. The hotel is very luxurious and has all the facilities that one expects from a luxury hotel (plenty of hot water, cleanliness, fluffy towels and sheets, tea kettle and coffee in room, etc)
We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace that has excellent views of Istanbul. Every evening ended with that view and we dreamed of a return trip.
We found the Turkish people to be very welcoming all over Istanbul, yet every night we felt like we were coming home when we walked through the hotel doors!

他の方もレビューに書かれてた通り評価が高すぎるのが気になってましたが、妥当だと思います。総じてとてもよかったです。
スタッフの方のフレンドリーで親切な対応、24時間ドリンクを注文可能な素敵なラウンジ、新しい建物に行き届いた清掃、ブルーモスクなどのエリアから徒歩圏内でいけるアクセスの良さ、などなど。

静かだけど、若干外の音が部屋から聞こえました。

입지도넘좋아서 시르케지, 아야소피아, 근처웬만한건 걸어서든 트램이든 접근성 너무 좋았구요
아이가 아파서 체크아웃1시간정도 늦게 해달라고 요청했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주신것도 너무 감사했습니다

It was a wonderful experience especially the staff!
Pros:

The staff is the best part! Majd and Utkan took wonderful care of us always helpful and very caring. They speak Spanish, English and very knowledgeable about the city everything to do!

Cons:

The hotel has an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops with a great view to the Bosphorus.

Pros:

Sehr sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, das Hotel bietet zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos, türkischen Tee, Kaffe, Wasser, Limonade. etc. . Die Lage ist top und trotzdem ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr nahe zu U-Bahn, zum Hafen und viele Attraktionen und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich.
