Cons:

Did not stay as the accommodation us not there and has NOT been taken off booking.com.
I will require a refund.
We had to find alternative room at a different hotel. As the races were on, there was not a lot of choice.
Not happy with booking.com

Turned up to be told the hotel has been closed for a number of weeks and they no longer deal with booking.com requested a refund but bookings.com are refusing saying we stayed there which is untrue so anyone looking to book here please don't you will lose your money and have no where to stay

Booking.com SCAM!!!
Arrived at hotel to be told they do not work with booking.com and that to stay the night, I had to pay the hotel direct and get a refund from booking.com
We did this but 7 weeks later, I am still chasing a refund as booking.com are refusing it!!

Turned up to the property and it was a scam, there was no rooms or staff even there. Still took my money, complete fraud! Whatever you do dont book this place.

Do not use "booking .com" to book this Hotel, I am still waiting on a refund.
Pros:

Despite the fact that "booking.com" failed to make my booking, due to the fact that The Wheatley Hotel does not work with "booking .com", the staff honoured the booking, as they also did for 2 other people that arrived after me.

Cons:

Due to a recent change in management, and reorganisation, there was no breakfast or evening meal, the staff did give me a list of local places to eat.
