Very supportive staff and good property - can make it better!!
Pros:

I liked the service provided by the group of staff on the venue. Their politeness specifically. Even when they were not able to support you on a particular front, their behavior made you comfortable.

Cons:

There was a persistent bad smell from all the bathrooms of the flat.
The service staff tried their best to clean it and that too number of times, but the bad smell did not go.

It is perhaps something to do with the gas exit point of the soakpit / gutter.

Pros:

Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the experience a positive one. The location is about 25 minutes from SRM University, and it was easy to get Uber rides as well as Blinkit and Swiggy services, which made the stay very convenient.

Cons:

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. However, the air conditioning was available only in the bedrooms. Since it was very hot in Chennai, we had to stay in the bedrooms most of the time, which affected the overall experience.

Additionally, the bathroom fittings and fixtures seemed a bit old and worn out. Other than these points, our stay was comfortable.

No privacy from the main door, since the Wooden Doors were cracked

Nice Furnished flats , except fridge.
Pros:

Facility has furnished flats in a building.
We were in 2 BHK flat. One room double bed another room 2 single beds both with attached bath.
Flat is given clean, but there is strong odour and sewer gas coming from sewer drains in bathrooms. We ran water for about 30 min in both bathrooms all 3 drains holes in both bathrooms and kept exhaust on , then the gas became less and stand able. Next day morning this needs to be repeated.
There is no fridge in room.
Food cooked in kitchen ( Breakfast included in price and dinner separate charged 300 per person ) is good homely food.
No daily housekeeping visit. Bottled Drinking water is provided. TV has paid channels only however we watched one movie on Jio Hot star by logging on with our id.

Cons:

Sewer gas in bathrooms and at gate of building. Its very unhealthy to have sewer gas around.

Good, only issue with check-out timmings

Cons:

Washrooms are clean but smelly.
Through booking.com messages, it was agreed by the hotel for my late check-in and check-out timings. However after check-in, the staff is saying it wasn't agreed about late check-out timings and it will be extra charged.

Hôtel propre et confortable à 2 pas de Mahindra World City
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet Appart'Hotel situé à 2km de la zone d'activité de Mahindra World City.
Chambre conforme à la description avec clim et ventilateur, silencieuse malgré la proximité de GST Road. Literie confortable, l'ensemble est récent et propre et l'accueil du personnel est très aimable.
Une petite cuisine propose de quoi se restaurer sur place, ça dépanne bien car rien n'est accessible à pied. Cuisine indienne très bonne.
