Overall, this hotel had do some upgrade and renovation compared to before flood.
Pros:

1st if compared before flood, this property lobby is run down. After experience, the lobby is brighter and have air con too. Also beside the hotel, there is a new 7-11 with is much more convenience for us. Room wifi is upgraded.

Cons:

Stair case not bright enough and certain floor without light. Also at nite there is hotel staff or security sleep in the sofa.

Pros:

Only location is commendable acceptable , near to 7 eleven and close walking distance to market

Cons:

Overall pretty bad & extremely old in aspect of room design, and zero cleanness, hotel management need to review it , hotel room walkway is dirty like never vacuum for weeks

ทีมแม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ ทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ทั่วถึง หัวเตียงฝุ่นเขรอะ พรมทางเดินหน้าห้อง เหมือนไม่เคยดูดฝุ่นเลย แต่พอเข้าใจได้ เพราะเผชิญกับน้ำท่วม อาจจะยังไม่เข้าที่เหมือนเมื่อก่อน
ไม่มีการเช็คระบบน้ำให้เรียบร้อยก่อนให้แขกเช็คอิน ทั้งน้ำชักโครก น้ำอ่างล้างมือ น้ำจากฝักบัว ไหลออกมามีตะกอนขุ่นดำ จนต้องมีการย้ายห้อง

I have so much bad experience, we book hote 3days 2 nighy.

Check in 29th April, check out 1st May.

Only 29tb April we get clean water for in washroom. Start on 30th morning till we check out, the water is brownish and black which we cannot use at all .

I have inform the hotel on 30th they come and check and say cannot do anything. I asked to change room but not available, they offer to change room on 1st and what is the use we will check out on 1st May.

Hence start from 30th April morning till 1st May 12pm we cannot use water in room at all. We mineral water which we buy by ourself for drink anc clean ourself, we are 2 adult, 1 teenage and 1 toddler 3 years old.

Overall im satisfied with the services, staff, hotel room
Pros:

everything was perfect and satisfying.

Cons:

The hotel dont provide the iron. I need to buy from lotus. There are the smell that not very pleasant. The hotel location is strategic but the parking is not really convenience. Its a public area and first come first basis.
