Luxurious and comfortable
Pros:

The estate is beautiful, you have everything you need for comfort.
Soak bathtub, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, beautiful decor, large garden all around with big trees, swimming salt water pool And the staff made me feel at home.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Ambiente in zentrumsnaher Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in historischem Gebäude in kleinem Park gelegen mit Pool. Fußnähe zur Innenstadt.
Zimmer ansprechend; sehr gutes, individuell zubereitetes Frühstück (aber nur kleine Auswahl).
Parkplatz ohne Gebühr.

Cons:

Sehr kalt eingestellte Klimaanlage konnte nicht individuell je Zimmer geregelt werden; es blieb daher sehr kühl.
Es wird langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung.

We have stayed here before and will again. Bed etc was very comfortable, breakfast over the top.

The location , the elegance of the establishment , the history

Cons:

Our room albeit very comfortable only has one chair to sit and it was a pod chair that once you fell into , you need help getting out. For a senior like myself it was restrictive.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Perth
Pros:

Beautifully appointed rooms. Beds super comfortable. Bathrooms large and nicely designed. Had high end appliances in bathroom and kitchenette ( Dyson dryer and Nespresso machine).
Pool with bar service was such a luxurious touch.

I would definitely recommend the location and would stay again on another trip to Perth
Pros:

Beautiful Victorian home that’s been converted into the boutique hotel it is today. Charming town with many lovely shops

Cons:

No complaints but if you have walking issues be sure to request the suite on the main floor to avoid the steps to the 2 nd floor
