Had a really great stay at Nobbu Hotel in Ksamil. There was a small mix up when we first arrived and we were given a room without the sea view we had booked. After explaining the issue to the staff, they quickly contacted the manager and resolved everything promptly, which we really appreciated.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always helpful with any questions, whether it was about our stay or recommendations around Ksamil.

The view was easily one of the highlights. From our balcony, we could see nearly all of the beaches, which made it feel really special. We only stayed for two days, but breakfast was slightly different each morning, which was a nice touch and gave a bit of variety.

I also have to mention the replacement room we were given because it was truly one of a kind. We stayed in the 4th floor room, which is the only room on that level, set up on the roof. The balcony felt like having almost the entire rooftop to yourself, with incredible views overlooking the city and coastline. If you have the chance, I’d definitely recommend requesting the 4th floor room because it really made the experience even better.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu był wyjątkowo udany i zdecydowanie przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje profesjonalna, niezwykle uprzejma i zawsze pomocna obsługa, dostępna o każdej porze — nawet w godzinach nocnych. Personel bez problemu komunikował się w języku angielskim, co było dużym udogodnieniem.
Pokoje były utrzymane na najwyższym poziomie czystości, starannie sprzątane i bardzo zadbane. Śniadania były smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o jakość. Dodatkowym atutem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, która sprawia, że pobyt jest jeszcze bardziej komfortowy.
To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością będziemy wracać i które z pełnym przekonaniem możemy polecić innym gościom :)
