I liked the receptionist man, he was friendly and helped us. We didn’t have any problems with him!
The breakfast was terrible, has no taste, the toilet in the room was smelling bad, and it was not very clean, also the balcony was not cleaned well, and I found same hair on the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, too soft, and blanket was terrible. The prices too expensive for this location and service.

The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful. He recommended a bunch of places to go and we made the most of it. Such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful stay!

The location, it’s close to the beach but otherwise a bit of a walk to the main strip. The staff are extremely helpful and had lots of suggestions/recommendations.

As instalações e a simpatia dos colaboradores, principalmente do Armando. O quarto era espaçoso e com varanda, super moderno. Estava muito perto da praia e do Principotes (o beach club mais solicitado). Tem garagem gratuita.
O pequeno almoço pode ser melhorado.
Unfortunately the manager and reception staff (not cleaners), were very rude and disappointing. We were promised our luggage to be kept safe whilst we went on a day trip. When we came back our luggage was in the middle of the room for anyone to take (including our passports money valuables etc). When we asked why this was the case they got very aggressive and argumentative (especially to the women). It made us feel very uncomfortable and was such a shame as the actual Hotel was nice.
they have a very nice breakfast , the hotel is nice and clean only the room was too small for 2 persons, overal the area was perfect to be. would recommend to book a scooter ass wel to explore the area better and nicer.
maybe the garage was a bit small for a hotel like this, could not always find a spot. but the staff helped us when we were stuck
