Just the breakfast

My rental car got broken in too know I have to pay more then 2,000 dollars to the rental department and the damage they did to the truck broke two windows the passenger side I did a police report but the hotel said they are not responsible what happens to the car but they still charge me 16 dollars a day for parking and still got robbed I em not happy with my visit at the hotel ruined my vacation

Location, value, service, and amenities were great, looking forward to returning soon.
Pros:

The breakfast each day, the facility was in top shape, and location, our daughter lives less than a mile away. We were very interested but had plans already and didn't take in the 'mixer' on property. Will look to next time if available.

I had an excellent stay and the staff were very friendly and overall, they exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I was surprised that they gave me 2 free water bottles when I checked in. Also they had happy hour from 5-7pm and offered salads, wings, desserts, beer & wine and coffee and tea etc all for free! I didn't have to have dinner.
Also the check out time was 12:00 noon which was excellent!!

Cons:

There was one situation where there was a leak or something in the ceiling of the lobby area. They were repairing it, but the smell was horrible. Unfortunately, it was first thing in the morning and it was right where everyone was having breakfast. I'm sure it couldn't be helped.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It made me feel at home. I liked that there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The only thing that needed improvement was the pillows. They were very worn.

Very kind staff, shuttle to & from airport, and ok room/comfort. Food was a miss-smell was bad.
Pros:

Hotel was logical stay for us due to a flight cancellation. They had a nice shuttle to the property from the airport. The staff was exceptionally kind, room was comfortable. They have a dinner each evening which is one of the reasons we selected this hotel due to being tired and not having a car. We slept fine and were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day on time!

Cons:

They served dinner, and normally this brand of hotel has decent food, this was really terrible, like “not sure what they were thinking” terrible- some kind of gloppy meat on a stale bun terrible. Even my husband, who will eat anything (!) would not eat the rest after a bite. I didn’t even bother getting a plate as it didnt look appealing to me and I didnt want to waste. The only other thing was a toxic smell that was super strong due to some kind of maintenance started that evening and was still present when we left.
