Precisava de um lugar assim.
Pros:

Eu fiquei muito satisfeita,o Luciano me recebeu muito bem ,foi muito gentil e prestativo e a localização era excelente,de um lado a praia de outro o centro ,bem perto de um e de outro e como fui de ônibus,fiz tudo a pé,tranquilamente .Com certeza será o lugar que ficarei em Ubatuba nas próximas viagens .

Cons:

Seria o máximo se tivesse café da manhã ,mas o fato de não ter ,não desabonou em nada.

Owner charged far too much for what was given.
Fan didn't help, was far too warm.
Owner accused me of leaving the gate open when it was wide open already as I was leaving.
Couldn't find anyone working there when leaving so walked out. Owner complained and was rude over text.
Would not recommend
