Cons:

Preisleistung passt nicht für diese Unterkunft. Am Abreise Tag, wohlgemerkt bis 11 Uhr, wurde um 6:45 Uhr das erste Mal von der Reinigungskraft geklopft, das zweite Mal um 9:30 Uhr. Es war nicht sauber, so wie es sein sollte, es ist lieblos eingerichtet und für das Geld entspricht es überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Sehr schade und nicht noch einmal.

Всё хорошо. Бесконтактный допуск в отель. Но при этом владелец быстро реагирует по телефону.

Cons:

Нет крючков или полочек в ванной.
В кухне нет чайника, но если это заранее знать, то не критично.

Cons:

Habe das Zimmer bezogen, war leider nicht aufgeräumt und geputzt. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat, wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert.

Nicht gefallen hat uns die steile Treppe ohne Handlauf.Keine Möglichkeit eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen oder andere Getränke. Geringe Entfernung zur Autobahn.

Komme sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr empfehlenswert, werde sicherlich bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder einen Aufenthalt buchen

Cons:

Auch wenn ganz Berlin im Chaos versank, ein Schneedienst wäre super gewesen. Die Straße und der Weg zum Hotel war wirklich spiegelglatt.

in der dunklen Gemeinschaftsküche schmutziges Geschirr
Möbel und weiche Matratze untere Preiskategorie von IKEA
"de Luxe" - Ausstattung habe ich nicht vorgefunden: kein Fön, kein Duschvorleger, keine Vorhänge, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad - bis auf den Kühlschrank einfacher Standard
Kühlschrank im Zimmer nervig laut
gesamtes Objekt ist für mich weder Hotel noch Gasthof (war geschlossen) und erinnerte mich an die einfachen und praktikablen Unterkünfte, die ich vom Balkan kenne. Als Urlauber würde ich mich hier nicht wohlfühlen, für eine Übernachtung wegen des günstigen Preises okay.
