El pésimo servicio al cliente de sus empleados y la mala información. Le pedí la ubicación porque estábamos perdidos y Yuraima me habló malísimo,no nos especificaron que habían que pagar 10us extra por aire ni que el pago era solo en efectivo. El total no correspondía a lo que decía en la página o en la confirmación que ella me mandó. Habitación en malas condiciones,baño con mal olor,estufa no funcionaba bien,cucharachas,no había como fregar porque no había detergente ni esponja. El aire no enfriaba bien para los 10us que pagamos. Não gostei do quarto de uma forma geral. Não tinha um armário para guarda roupas, ou que fosse um guarda volume pequeno. Não tinha. A geladeira toda enferrujada. O rapaz que nos recebeu na chegada foi totalmente rude conosco, debochando o tempo todo, fazendo perguntas sem noção de nada. Rindo e dizendo que tinha que receber em dinheiro e em momento algum a dona da hospedagem me disse que tinha que ser em dinheiro, ela me disse que tinha que ser na acomodação, conforme anuncio, e confirme anuncio poderíamos pagar via cartão, pois bem, chegando lá, tinha que ser em dinheiro, e não tínhamos, o rapaz que fica numa salinha, falou que tinha um caixa eletrônico ao lado, mas que nao funcionava e entao ele ria e disse vcs nao podem entrar no quarto. sendo que tivemos que deixar nossa mala ali e procurar a pé um caixa eletronico. Mas ao lado do caixa eletronico que estava ruim, tinha outro e ele sabia e nao falou nada. Nos tratou com discriminação o tempo todo. Falei do wi fi que nao funcionava e ele só olhava pra nossa cara e não respondia nada e só fixava o olhar com cara do tipo: tá, vc quer que eu faça o que? desse jeito a forma que nos trataram, ele não era daquele País, era do Haiti que é país vizinho, ou seja era pra nos receber com empatia. Tudo ali foi horrpivel, nao tem nada a ver as fotos com a realidade. Odiamos.

Que al llegar no me repetaron la reserva me tocó buscar hotel lejos y altere el presupuesto

El Precio es completamente distinto al que aparece en Booking, llegamos y nos aumentaron el precio en 100 dólares por el uso del aire acondicionado.

El sistema de gas no funcionaba, no tenían lava platos, jabón para lavarlos y la limpieza no era la mejor,

Te exigían cortar el aire cuando salías del hotel.

El personal tenía mala comunicación

El apartamento muy descuidado, falta de mantenimiento estaba deteriorado y sucio, con todo lo que genera de dinero es increíble que lo tengan así. Llegamos y no lo habían limpiado tuvimos que esperar fuera hasta que lo limpiaran. Te cobran el aire acondicionado y la luz aparte, osea surrealista

Extremely Dangerous Experience – Assaulted by Hotel Staff

I am a Canadian traveler and had a confirmed reservation at Sol Caribbean Beach Corales in Punta Cana booked through Booking.com (confirmation number 5774099315).

When I arrived at the hotel on February 14 around 6:00 PM, the receptionist initially checked my reservation but then told me that no rooms were available. I was sent to another nearby hotel and told that my reservation belonged there. When I went to that hotel, they informed me that my reservation had nothing to do with them.

When I returned to Sol Caribbean Beach Corales, the reception office was closed and the receptionist had disappeared. Later that evening I received a message stating that my reservation had been canceled, even though I had not canceled it.

The following day I returned to the hotel to ask for an explanation. During this conversation, a man associated with the hotel became aggressive and began shouting at me. The situation escalated and I was physically assaulted. I was punched, pushed outside the office, and kicked. During the incident my finger was broken and later treated by my doctor in Toronto.

One of the individuals involved threatened me with a machete. A bystander attempted to intervene and a violent altercation followed between hotel staff and that individual.

Police eventually arrived and, surprisingly, I was also detained despite being the victim of the assault. I spent the night in a police cell in extremely poor conditions.

This was one of the most disturbing experiences I have ever had while traveling. I strongly recommend that travelers exercise extreme caution regarding this property.

I hope the hotel management and the booking platform investigate this incident seriously to ensure the safety of future guests.

The condition of the property is very bad, the room we got was full of cockroaches and it was changed to another one, but shower was very old and we can hardly use it. The AC could hardly cool down the room. I was cheated, they charged from my card much more than the price was shown on booking, I had to open dispute with my bank. Avoid this place.
