Having to go to sister hotel for keys. Extra tea coffee and milk
No good if not comfortable with stairs as no lift

Yesterday its was my wife's birthday so I tried to give e her surprise but the hotel people spoiled it already Experienced was unexpected and horrible.
1.Room B-25 its toilet doors slide are not working so when anyone go inside the door completely open and dirty smells taken all over the room.Thatswhy I complained the night shift stuff but he told me what I will do.Even he didn't fixed it and not even helpful and behaviour was so rude.Even we people was not even eating anything because of the washroom smells already inside our room.In this situation how we ate anything.
2.Customer service poor and didn't take any action its seems like without paying money so booked a room.
3.Now come to The main point another one its about Bed which is uncomfortable because of matres its was totally a damage and inside broken and all spring inside of matres its hurted overnight our back part of body even we both didn't sleep overnight.And our back pain started already again.
So the overall experience is 0.And we was now exhausted.Even they didn't take afford to change our room if they want they will because that time it was only 8 pm.
So Must need refund for this horrible experience even last time we stayed on R No B 15 that was mind blowing service then all things are good but this time ....
Please I need refund that's it.Waste of Time waste of money and Spoiled my wifes precious day.It was her birthday and I requested them I planned so many things we will eat food as well but everything was wasted.
I have all prove but I taken the video so just few pictures I added if anyone want to check go inside the room or give me the mail so that I will send the videos as a prove.Thanks

Bed was a little hard and 3rd floor was a climb but good all the same

The room was adequate but the bed was very uncomfortable

AC was broken in the room, was not offered a move or discount. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, we were told just to put a towel on the floor. The key card scanner on the door didn't work, the door didn't lock automatically so we had to go get a key. The top of the window sill was COVERED in dust. The walls were dirty. The inside did not look like the pictures at all.

The property is not accessible at all, hundreds of stairs.
The stairs to the room were rickety and really high and winding.
The carpet going in was filthy and the stairs were filthy
The room was dirty and covered in grime
the bathroom was full of mould and walls covered in soap scum

The doors did not close on the lock, if we left the room, any stranger could enter. The doors could only be locked from the inside. The towels also had a bad smell

Lots of steps I wasn't aware of maybe my thought team making facilities were not explained it was a machine I didn't know how to use they could do with a slip mat in the shower

The room I was given was disastrous to say the least. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould and the paint was flaking. The room also had black mould on the window fixings and on the wall. The room felt like a temporary set up with little to no thought on decoration.

Upon contacting the reception I was told there were no other rooms available to move into, leaving me in London with no place to stay. No apology, no solution. Raising it with Booking.com to which they responded the hotel has refused to give a refund due to the “facilities being used” which they weren’t. I have since escalated this complaint, informed the parent company and if anything fails to get done I will be taking it further.

Absolutely unacceptable state of a hotel! Wouldn’t stay here for free let alone for the money I spent. Do not stay here.
