Disappointed by the amount of mould everywhere in the room.

Pros:

How close it was to Hyde Park. Stayed after a concert, and it was nice to not have to rush for a train to get home.

Cons:

The Aircon. I’m putting this down to the fact that it’s hot right now so the aircon wasn’t the greatest. I’m sure if it wasn’t so hot this wouldn’t be an issue.

LOVED Paddington!
Pros:

EXCELLENT location! Short walk to Paddington Station and a short walk to Hyde Park. An old but vibrant refurbished area with a great feel.

Staff were extremely helpful. We were able to leave bags early before check-in, and leave them after check-out while we wandered until our mid afternoon departure.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like (given it was budget accommodation it more than met our expectations). The bed was a wee bit hard, but comfortable for me.

Pros:

Location and the staff was 10/10! The rooms were very clean except for the shower

Walls are very thin and we were able to hear our neighbours, also the shower was very mouldy.

Really hard to find. Sign for hotel was a very tiny plaque! Air con didn't work. We booked for 3 people i had a sofa bed not a real bed ans it was very very uncomfortable very thin mattress could feel the springs

Lovely staff but rooms aren't great
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The room had great air-conditioning. The room appeared to be clean. It is a good location for Hyde Park and close to Paddington underground.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. We had a room in the basement, so there wasn't much natural light. There was a very bad smell coming from the drains that filled the room. There was lots of noise above our room from around 6am in the morning. I assume this was the cleaning staff. The walls and furniture all look a bit battered and could do with a tidy up.
