Pros:

Der Preis pro Nacht bei der zentralen Lage zum Hauptbahnhof
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Teppiche- Böden könnten erneuert werden

We stayed for 2 nights, for almost 370 euro. 100% not worth the price at all..
Cons:

They mention 'fast internet', reason why i booked the hotel.

Internet was dramatically bad.
Personel was not interested in their job.

Code to enter the room was not valid once a day.

There was mentioned that the hotel had no parking. On my question where I had other opportunities to park my car they simply didn't care and had no answer on this.

Personell barely speaking english.

This is my first negative review for a hotel and I have booked multiple the past years.
Sorry but if it's bad, people need to know.

Lokalizacja

Cons:

Bardzo gorąco w pokojach, brak wentylacji, klimatyzacji. Przy otwartych oknach bardzo głośno od ulicy ( tramwaj, pociąg, ruch miejski).
Śniadanie w kawiarni przy hotelu monotonne dzień w dzień to samo.

Pros:

The room felt comfortable overall especially the beds which made it easy to rest well after long days. I also appreciated the toiletries being full-sized rather than the usual small hotel bottles which felt like a nice upgrade.
The room had a large TV with access to YouTube and Netflix which made it easy to relax in the evenings. Another big plus was the location, as it is very close to the main tram station and made getting around the city simple and convenient.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room could get very hot at night making it difficult to sleep at all and I often woke up because of the heat.
Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either since the nearby tram line creates constant noise that can make it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep.
Overall the combination of heat and noise had a noticeable negative impact on the stay.

Wir wollten für eine Nacht schlafen, und das hat trotz fehlender Klimaanlage mittelmäßig funktionier
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist in einem benachbarten Café. Es gibt einen Teller, dessen Inhalt man nur bedingt selbst auswählen kann, und eine Tasse Kaffee. Eher ein mittelmäßiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass es in einem Café ist, hätte ich es weggelassen und vor Ort bezahlt, das wäre billiger gewesen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag in einem anderen Haus, was jetzt nicht so wirklich ungewöhnlich ist. Die Ausstattung war extrem alt, das Bad war sehr klein und der Duschkopf konnte nicht an der Stange befestigt werden. Keine Ahnung, warum. Als hoteleigenes Shampoo, was ja eigentlich normal ist, dass es ausliegt, lag ein Stück Seife in der Dusche. Die beiden spender an der Wand waren leer.

Extrem schlecht und ganz üble Gegend.

Cons:

Total überhitzte Zimmer, haben uns eine Stand Klimaanlage kommen lassen. Zugang per Code funktioniert nicht, Ratten im Hinterhof, Katastrophe!!
Fenster konnte nicht aufgemacht werden, da Lärm von der Straße nicht auszuhalten war.

Overall, everything was fine and I still had a good stay
Pros:

everything was clean and good. The staff lady at the front desk was friendly.

Cons:

One night, I returned to the hotel around 11:00 PM, but no one came to unlock the door. I tried entering the code for the front door they provided via email, but it didn’t work. I rang the bell multiple times since that’s how they had let me in before but there was no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed on the door, but again, no one answered. I ended up waiting outside for about 20 minutes. Since I was traveling alone, I started to feel scared, worried that no one would let me in. Eventually, I began knocking on the door and finally got someone’s attention, they came and unlocked the door.

Eine Nacht da wegen Landesgartenschau in Neuss auch alles andere Belegt war. Das reicht aber auch.
Cons:

Das Hotel ist in den 80er Jahren eingerichtet worden und seitdem auch nicht mehr renoviert. Durch die Glasfassade heizen sich die Fenster extrem auf da der textile Vorhang auch keine Isolation hat.
