Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy elegantes, pero no tiene mantenimiento, las albercas están verdes deshabilitadas, los pasillos sucios, la ropa de cama en las escaleras, colchones y muebles viejos en los pasillos, el área de juegos sucia, desordenada, las áreas comunes con popo de las aves que tienen, no hay supervisión y los empleados hacen lo que quieren. sin embargo el lugar es hermoso pero descuidado.

No tiene mantenimiento y las albercas no están limpias no se puede nadar están verdes

Desperdicio de hotel, malas habitaciones
Pros:

el hotel tiene unas instalaciones externas como los jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados, imponente.

Cons:

la habitacion muy vieja, no tiene Wifi, la cama vieja, las cortinas viejas en general tiene muy malos acabados, nuestra habitacion tenia jacuzzi no funcionaba el agua fria.

No se vale cuando hay evento nocturno, imposible descansar
Pros:

EL desayuno aceptable, bien. La ubicación y el estacionamiento. El lugar es un sitio muy bonito.

Cons:

Hubo un eento, una fiesta, la música terminó muy tarde, se escuchaba muy fuerte y no pudimos dormir bien. Como sugerencia, comentar que habrá evento y ponerlo a consideración de los huéspedes el alojamiento ya que es demasiado el ruido. También los pavo reales, si es posible que los guarden ya que tampoco dejan dormir.

Pros:

me gustaron los jardines y la ubicación.

Cons:

Las albercas estaban demasiado sucias ambas, la techada y la que está al aire libre. Mucha falta de higiene. Ah y mut lamentable ver a los flamingos encerrados en esas condiciones.

dos dos cumple para poder visitar el festival de vino, dormir una noche
Pros:

agua caliente y tina, es bonito pero requiere de mucho mantenimiento.

Cons:

nadie nos dijo que habia una alberca donde nadar, al entrar se ve una descuidada y verde y pues no te puedes meter ahí. Pero tampoco nadie nos dijo que habia una más escondida donde si se podía hacer uso, las habitaciones tienen defectos y descuidos, la chapa del baño estaba safada. Las camas incómodas y apesar de ser matrimonial pues muy pequeñas e incómodas
