Pros:

la gentillesse du personnel et du Responsable

Cons:

l'indisponibilité du personnel la nuit lorsque vous avez un souci de climatisation. L'hotel ne met pas à la disposition des clients des bouteilles d'eau

La qualité des accessoires dans la douche

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas aimé la manière que le lit est saturé, double couverture lourde, double lit . La première couverture juste à l’œil nu n’était pas clean. Le petit dej était juste passable

The hotel is convenient and easy to access

Cons:

The staff were very slow, whole service was quite slow. Breakfast options is very limited- it’s either eggs and bread/vegetable and bread. I had this for 4 days! What was shocking, my colleague booked similar hotel after me, got a confirmation, yet when he came, having checked out of his other hotel, there was no room! The hotel was fully booked, we had to look for an emergency option, at night! This was very unprofessional. The hotel also didn’t find an option for him.
