Très très satisfait du staff, très souriant
, serviable, ce sont des gens qui bossent avec le cœur!
La vue était magnifique, le petit déjeuner était correcte. Le domaine magnifique.
Un plus pour le fait que plusieurs jeux était disponibles (billard, ping pong...)

Piscine propre et entretenue.
La première remarque est le manque de considérations du patron envers ses employés. Il les appels avec des claquements de doigts, "garcon" ou encore en criant "staff" à travers le restaurant, c'est un manque de respect et de classe.
La villa était super à première vue mais une fois installé, on s'est rendu compte qu'il n'y avait pas de rideau dans la salle de bains, on ne s'est pas senti en sécurité par rapport à ça. Il y a des ouvertures un peu partout ce qui fait qu'on avait droit à pas mal de gecko et d'insectes dans la villa. Nous n'avions pas utiliser d'insecticide avant de dormir ce qui a fait qu'on était fortement dérangé par les moustiques cette nuit-la.
Le wifi n'était pas très performant dans la chambre.
Le cadre est magnifique, chaque villa dispose d'une piscine privée avec vue sur la mer, c'est vraiment appréciable.
Le restaurant propose de servir les plats directement dans la villa pour pouvoir profiter des couchers de soleil en intimité sur la terrasse.
Les plats proposés sont variés et tous très bons (à la fois les spécificités locales et les plats internationaux).
Le personnel se montre disponible pour répondre a nos demandes.
Une attention particulière particulière portée a l'expérience client, divers jeux de sociétés et équipements (table de billard) sont proposé dans le hall principal a côté du restaurant.
Certains équipements sont dégradés (dalles autour de la piscine, salle de bain, toilettes instables), une petite rénovation pourrait améliorer l'expérience client.
L'hôtel est assez excentré et aucune application (grab / gojek) ne dessert efficacement la zone, prévoir un budget taxi pour pouvoir profiter des environs.
De manière générale, les prix proposés par l'hôtel sont assez élevés.

Food a little pricey for Indonesia but that is not a complaint.
What an amazing place! The views are stunning. Our villa was huge and beautifully presented, even better than the photos! It felt really luxurious and private. Staff were were friendly, helpful and really attentive. We were so well looked after. We were sorry to leave.

The rooms and private pools are wonderful, modern and stylish. There are only a small number of rooms, so there is minimal noise and uninterrupted seclusion. It really is blissful and sunset is beautiful. It is easy to hire a moped from the property and explore the many beautiful beaches in the area.
One thing to note is that grab and other taxi apps do not work in this area. This is more related to whole south including central Kuta, so not specific to the hotel. You can travel from the port/airport here, but cannot return. The hotel can arrange transport but at double the cost.
The location is beautiful! It is very peaceful and serene. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and happy to help.
I like that they provided a big bottle of drinking water in the room.
As other reviews have stated, the resort is in a remote location. For me, this was part of its appeal. It was peaceful and quiet. This didn't detract from my stay at all, but it is worth noting. If you don't want to hire a scooter, you will rely on the resort to organise cars/drivers for you, as Grab doesn't operate in this part of Lombok. The drivers I had were excellent, but it was more expensive than hiring a scooter. Personally, I hate driving, so I was happy to absorb this expense.
The restaurant was OK. Breakfast was pretty basic. For example, on my first morning, I had an omelette, but I had to pay extra for a grilled tomato. Filtered coffee is included with breakfast, but if you want anything else, like a latte or cappuccino, you need to pay extra. I found this a little odd, as everywhere else I stayed in Indonesia provided very hearty breakfasts to the point where I didn't need lunch. Whereas I didn't find breakfast nearly as filling here.
The rooms only had sachets of ground Nescafé coffee and some non-descript Jasmine tea. Everywhere else I stayed had great tea and coffee selections. The in-room amenities were also pretty basic.
Lobster Bay was slightly more expensive than other places I stayed during my time in Indonesia. Most of my accommodation was of a similar standard, i.e. 4 stars, private villa with a pool or bath. While it was a beautiful location, I am not sure that it offered value for money.
Tout est parfait ! L’accueil, le restaurant, la vue incroyable, les villas qui sont magnifiques et très bien équipées avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Un endroit paisible une vraie expérience avec un personnel parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. Un endroit au calme et très bien entretenu. La salle de bain en plein air et la piscine privée magnifique. Un moment magique hors du temps pour déconnecter et un propriétaire des lieux exceptionnel, très intéressant et très accueillant. Cet endroit ne vous laissera pas indifférent… la literie le calme et les prestations, vous ne trouverez pas mieux ! Jusqu’au parfums des shampoings et gel douche. Tout est parfait !

I had the best time at lobster bay, it was highly relaxing with the best view you could possibly imagine. The staff was phenomenal, Joe, arif, everyone else who’s name I don’t remember off the top of my head, some of the best staff you could possibly find. The food was great! I really enjoyed all of my meals, recommend the rendang, the veggies and anything off the grill. Those sunsets were incredible and so was the villa. Thank you for having me.
It’s a little isolated, so if you come here, come to relax, to disconnect.

For years, my wife, my daughter and I have been travelling around Southeast Asia, always looking for that elusive sweet spot: pristine landscapes, a great climate, unspoiled nature, and just enough tourism to make things comfortable without the place having already been conquered by spiritually enlightened Instagram kings and queens.
The south of Lombok — and Lobster Bay and its surroundings in particular — absolutely hits the nail on the head.
Our host, Andrew, was quite simply one of the most generous and welcoming hosts you could wish for. He has created something truly magical here. The moment you arrive, the view is beyond stunning. It is the kind of scenery people travel halfway around the world — often to vastly overrated places — hoping to find, only to end up disappointed. Here, you simply stand there and see this magnificent landscape in its full glory. This is the “money shot”.
In Europe, views and locations like this are usually inaccessible to normies. They are hidden behind private gates and reserved for the ultra-rich, celebrities and ridiculously exclusive hotels. Here, you get to experience exactly that without any of the pretentiousness that normally comes with it.
We stayed in one of the pool villas, and the accommodation absolutely lives up to the setting. The villa enjoys the same spectacular panoramic views as the restaurant and main areas of the resort. Conceptually, it is beautifully done: lots of wood, stylish and understated decoration, a fantastic private pool and a wonderful sense of privacy. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, very well equipped and genuinely luxurious without being flashy or overdone. Sitting at your own pool looking out across that landscape is something very difficult to beat.
What makes the place particularly special, however, is the people.
