My room was a true sanctuary of comfort, spatiously designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly relaxing. What truly makes this place exceptional is the team. All the staff shines brightest. Under Tilahon’s excellent management, Elena, Sara, Rahel, Tizita, and Selam provide deeply personalized, attentive service that makes a lasting impression. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I will definitely return! Highest recommendations

Overall, my stay was excellent. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and well-located. I would especially like to extend a special note of thanks to Marta for her wonderful dedication and exceptional care during my stay.
To help elevate the guest experience even further, I would just like to note that the gym/fitness center could use a bit more attention and care—particularly regarding maintenance and general upkeep—to match the high standards set by the rest of the facility.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Addis Ville. Ce n'était pas ma première visite, car j'y avais déjà séjourné en janvier dernier. Comme toujours, tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel, ainsi que pour son petit-déjeuner. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

I had the pleasure of staying at Addis Ville Apartment Hotel for three nights and my experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to key bole areas while offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean and well maintained, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Tilahun, the manager, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. His professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care for guests made a remarkable difference during my stay.

I would also like to recognize the entire front desk team and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail were truly impressive.

Another great benefit was the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service which made my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Addis Ville Apartment Hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. The combination of a great location, spacious accommodations, excellent service and thoughtful amenities makes it a fantastic place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
