It was conveniently located in the heart of the Latin quarter and the hotel itself was beautiful!

We love everything about this property especially the staff who are so helpful and friendly. We stay here every time we come from Killarney to Galway The location is brilliant. The room is spotless and comfy. It’s our top pick in Galway
Absolutely nothing
It was clean and spacious.
The location was too noisy and there was too much light with no black out curtains and the exit signs. Also not ideal for someone who will struggle carrying a suitcase upstairs. We recommend removing the exit sign on the second floor and adding black out curtains. The mattress was also uncomfortable as I could feel the springs.
They call it snug and they mean it! We stayed in an adorable little room where the bed took up more space than the entryway, and it was so comfortable. It was our little bird nest for the weekend. We were able to plug our Nintendo Switch into the TV, and the window overlooked the Quays pub with the Galway Girl statue. The pub is quite lively and loud at night, but the room provides complementary earplugs. Would definitely stay again!
Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The Quays pub right across the street gets very loud at night, especially on the weekends. The hotel provides ear plugs, just be prepared for the hubbub and the noise.
The location was great
The bathroom needed better drainage and ventilation as well as the fittings need to be re-glued; the television needs replacing also
Breakfast not included. Super convenient location. Very quiet. Liked the little sofa nook, very cozy. Very modern and nice bathroom. Nice to have so many shelves.
It would have been nice to have a window.
The location was right in the heart of Galway with lots of shops and restaurants/pubs all around it.
There is no parking at the hotel and the parking garages were a VERY tight squeeze. The rooms are tiny and many don't even have a window. I booked a family room for my husband, my daughter, and myself and didn't expect a queen bed with a single bunkbed over top of me.
The best location. Rooms are small but they are efficient with the space.
Couldn’t open the window in the room. No elevator
Super central, comfy beds and very clean! Really nice staff.

Good location right in the heart of Galway
As the name suggests the rooms are tiny almost claustrophobic. No room to store luggage and now window that opens. As you are on the Main Street you can hear the Irish music until the wee hours.
It was close to everything.
It was across from Quay’s Bar and Restaurant and they played music until 2 am every night.
